Service- In general, the service is excellent. The staff are approachable, friendly, helpful and reliable. In particular, Nikos and Katerina from the Reception. Aaron, the hotel’s golf buggy driver, who is always lively, happy and a good conversationist. Guest Relation Manager Stella, who always checked if everything is okay with us. Main Restaurant Manager Dimitris and the bartender in the Beach Bar. I had to go to hospital for two consecutive nights and the staff who were on duty that time assisted me and my husband with great care and concern. Cleanliness- The hotel grounds and communal areas area always clean. The landscape of the garden is beautifully surrounded with colourful flowering plants, exotic plants and bushes. The atmosphere of the hotel as a whole is relaxing, comfy and refreshing. Location- My husband and I love to stay away from crowded town so the location of the hotel suited us perfectly. In my opinion, everything you need is easily accessible within the hotel’s vicinity. There is a supermarket and rental shop for buggies, atv, car at the front of the hotel. The hotel’s beach is so lovely. We also loved walking around especially after having our meals. Rooms- We booked a family room although it was just me and my husband so we had plenty of space. The room is clean. The air conditioning units works well. The water pressure in the bathroom is superb. We didn’t particularly like the position of the water tap and shower in the bath but it is functional so it was okay. Some pillows in our room were a bit hard but some were soft so we used the soft ones. It would be nice to have a free drinking water in our fridge because water is like a basic need. We did receive this for free because of medical reason. Our room was at the end of the uphill part of the hotel so our Wifi Connection is a bit temperemental. It would be nice it this issue could be improved. The Wifi Connection in the main building where the reception is located is great though. Value- Based on our opinion and experience, our stay in this hotel was good value for the money we paid and we would recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Food- In our opinion, the food and drinks choices is adequately enough. The quality and taste is good. The buffet areas, glasses, cutleries and chinawares are always clean. Dimitris is always approachable, polite and helpful. For us, the greatest asset of this hotel are the staff. We are grateful for your service. We fell in love with Kos Island and Thank you Kouros Palace Hotel. Keep up the good work.

Hotel has exxellent personnels. Aaron, Nikos, Dimitris, Stella and Katerina and the guy who is serving drinks in the beach bar. These guys will look after you. They are friendly and reliable. Five star for them. Greek Food Amazing. Hotel is clean. Wifi connection in our room could be improved although WiFi connection by the reception area is very good.

From the moment I got here I’ve felt so welcome very friendly staff drinks are mixed with care facilities are top notch brilliant place to stay for a couple staying for a week so had a lot of luggage but Aaron on the golf cart with a smile from ear to ear was their to take us to our door and a few pics and laughs on the way

Place is perfect for family stay. Staff is very kind and helpful. Meal is fresh and delicious. Aaron is the best! The sunsets we watched during the dinner were epic. A road to the beach is charming and there ‘s a bar by the beach which is part of the hotel so You can have a drink in this lovely place as well

The best hotel in mastichari Kos!! Very friendly staff especially at the main bar ! The are the splendid!!!! I had the best time ! Thank you Kouros !! The beach and a ala carte have the best view of the agean ocean! I will definitely be back next year !!!

We visited Kouros Pallas last September. When we entered the reception we were greeted with huge smiles. After checking in, we were taken to the room on a golf cart, which was fun. Our room had an incredible ocean view. Everything is very clean. From the room to the banquet hall. My daughter doesn't want to go. The service staff always have a smile on their face and are in a happy mood. Always wanting to help and serve. We will visit Kuros Palace again. thank you all.

I have to dedicate this review to the fantastic entertainment crew! Without them my holiday would not of been as great. Memories that will last a life time. Good activities throughout the day at the hotel and outside the hotel. From island tours, to just having a general chat over food and a drink. They honestly go the extra mile to accommodate you and they’re there to have just as much fun as you which makes it even better! I can’t thank them enough for also sorting things out so last minute!!!!!! They really do go the full mile and way beyond. I couldn’t have asked for better entertainers and I would definitely come back here to do it all over again with them and more. I really do hope to cross paths again in the future. They also personalise things for you as an individual and really do accommodate all of your needs and more. I felt so comfortable, included and safe with them around the island and they are genuine people who are there to actually help you in every way they can (not taking advantage of your money). They recommend what they think is best and really gave us some good recommendations and tips and tricks throughout the holiday. I can’t express the maximum effort that has gone in to make our holiday 5*. They don’t just do the entertainment themselves they spend a lot of time organising live performances for you to Enjoy every evening. They provide you with so much information you don’t even need to search any yourself. I definitely crown them for making your holiday easy and stress free. Again, thank you so much :)
