No vegan option for vegan vegetarians. No option for Indian food. Jain food option should be there. Arcade should be included in the stay for kids. It's a rip off after paying for stay. Room service is only available if stay is more than 3 days. This is ridiculous. Room service should be every day.

Everything great, kids had much fun. Just the line ups for meal was very long. waited 30mins to get into the breakfast buffet

Good hotel for family

水樂園是特色，不過房間很一般，時間長了有點老舊，也可能是天天滿房服務員打掃不過來吧，每天就收一下垃圾換一下毛巾的簡潔式服務，但房間有提供微波爐。

我們在pizza裏面吃出來了塑料製品，並且是融化在pizza裏面的😣。其他的環境，設施都很不錯，這可能是唯一的遺憾吧

酒店有點舊，設備看得出有年份，但整體還算衞生，浴室的用品不是很好用，最好還是自備合適的，價格有點偏貴。

酒店主要是為親子活動而打造，通過水公園為主的活動主題和小型遊戲室以及其他小童照料、參與的活動來滿足少年小童2-12歲為主的家庭度假需要，住宿環境一般，餐飲還不錯，water park很好玩。

房間非常舒適，已經是第二次來，waterpark是孩子們的天堂，很值得親子游

워터파크가 작아서 하루만 숙박해도 충분하다. 성인들보다는 아이가 있는 가족이 리조트 시설을 즐기기에 적합하다. 객실은 비교적 깨끗하나 발코니는 더럽다. 버려진 담배 꽁초가 있었다. 특히 위층 가족들이 널어놓은 수영복 물이 아래층 발코니 의자와 바닥으로 떨어진다. 냉장고에는 생수 하나 없다. 직원들의 친절도는 보통이다.

Everything was very clean. The people working were very helpful and kind. My only "complaint," is that our room was a little dated. The shower could use an upgrade, new curtain rod for example, and the tv is tiny with not very good satellite tv. But, we weren't in our room a whole lot so the tv didn't bother us much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Great Wolf Lodge, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. The dining options were also fantastic, with a range of delicious meals to suit every palate. Overall, my experience at Great Wolf Lodge was nothing short of exceptional. It's the perfect destination for families looking to create unforgettable memories or anyone seeking a fun-filled getaway. I can't wait to return and experience all the magic again.
