Everything was pitch perfect and I was impressed with the theme of healthy and delicious food all over the day. It has quadrupled my trip pleasure. One suggestion- the pout of wash basin in bathroom should be slight more long for the user comfort

Spa holidays are not really my thing, but this place is amazing! Beautifully done out with exceptional service. I was dreading the food, expecting it to be bland and unfulfilling, but I couldn't have been more wrong. All the meals I had were so delicious and even their snacks were tasty! The restaurant staff were particularly friendly and welcoming. The whole resort was smaller than I expected it to be but actually that made it better as it has a more intimate, relaxing feel to it. I had a deluxe room with a sea view and the decor was beautiful and had everything I needed.

It’s an incredible place. The staff is lovely, the facilities are clean and beautiful , the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The treatments are top of the class so many professional and body healing therapies to choose from. So many classes and options so much attention to details. I would love to come back, bring my family .

This is the perfect place for a reset. If we are starting new healthier habits, always a painful endeavour, it makes sense to do it where the staff are kind and the environment supportive. The sunshine also helps and the issues we bring, whatever they are, weight loss, post divorce, bereavement, recovery, all are heard with respect and professional attention. Food was also amazing, who would have thought that wheat free, sugar free and dairy free could taste so good! And there was no judgement whatsoever when I asked for a double espresso every morning! A gem, I highly recommend.

The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are spacious, and the nature is abundant. This place offers many different programs which cater for my needs I enjoyed 14 days of me time, in the company of an extended family. Yoga with Jana, Pilates with Kevin, the different spa treatments for pampering, as well as the many workshops and classes to choose from. One can never be too bored, nor complain about 'cabin fever'. They offer free shuttle rides daily into the main beach and other nearby beaches, malls, fisherman's market, as well as temple visits! The staff here are wonderful! They genuinely care about us, and their smiles are warm and kind. The Love Kitchen here offers a wide variety of healthy, wholesome, and yummy cuisine! I shall be back!

My experience at Absolute Sanctuary was wonderful and exceeded my hopes and expectations. I did a full month stay as part of the Lifestyle Change program, and came away lighter and more clear in body, mind, and spirit. I’m already dreaming of how to get away there again next holiday season. I experienced this place not just as a wellness resort but as a special community of lovely and interesting international guests, diverse, skilled and warm holistic wellness practitioners, and super kind, professional and dedicated staff people. The service across the board was excellent. The team is extremely well organized and made up of thoughtful and delightful human beings. I felt supported and genuinely cared for while navigating several huge and stressful life transitions, processing grief, and also trying to get healthier and fitter. I have come away with much more mindful consumption practices, more peace, and more than ten pounds down. Highlights: daily morning yoga with jana overlooking the sea in the sala, the pool (which somehow has less harsh chlorine than most pools), free excursions including to beaches, the mall, and local temples, massages with mo, working with stephanie, and kevin’s challenging but fun reformer classes. I appreciated how my program was designed with everything already thought of for me—from the detox, to the fitness portion, to the final stage which was more about sealing all the goodness and enjoying. Even though it was pampering, it was a kind of rigorous approach to wellness. It worked well for me but others might prefer to customize their experience a bit more, or have extra days outside the program of your choosing in case you wish to spread out the offerings.

The hotel has a very good vibe. Best choice if you want to relax by the pool, take yoga classes or amazing massages. The food is also very affordable and healthy choices. No soda and minimum sugar. Smoke free hotel makes it very pleasant too. They also offer shuttles to come and go from several places in town.

Awesome experience!!! Absolute Sanctuary is the perfect name for this awesome place! Wonderful and complete structure to attend an amazing experience of well being! The facilities are well planned, comfortable. The staff is helpful and always nice and ready to give us the best experience Good and healthy food ! Wonderful SPA. Cleaning less is awesome A perfect place to give yourself the best experience in Koh Samui.

We returned as a couple on different programmes. I did the "Rest and Rebalance" and my partner, the "Pilates Bootcamp". Our week here was revitalising and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality and care from all staff. Our room was cleaned and tidied everyday. The food was excellent. We will be back again and highly recommend Absolute Sancturary for anyone who is interested in visiting Koh Samui.

I spent a week at Absolute Sanctuary doing the Mild Detox program. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and the location and grounds are great. Everything you could want for a semi-lazy vacation (or a weight loss boot camp, if that’s what you’re after)

The resort is clean and people are really friendly. Small and cosy wellness resort. Pilates classes were also good and well taught. There were so many healthy food and drink choices to feel satisfied and good after. Truly an amazing and meaningful experience in this wellness resort.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I came here on my own suffering with burnout, I did the Rest & Rebalance package...which was amazing. The approach is all around healing, mind body & soul. The team who work here are absolutely first rate, game changing therapthy with Stephanie, I learned so much about yoga & meditation from the amazing Jana (who makes everyone feel so comfortable in her classes regardless of experience/skill level) and Kevin who through his extensive knowledge of pilates helped get my body moving properly. Food & location is spot on, great having the trips to beach/temple & night markets. I went on my own & felt totally safe at all times, if you are thinking of doing this just do it...it has literally changed by life!

Let me start by saying Absolute Sanctuary blew away my expectations. This is an absolute gem and I would highly recommend this establishment. Staff: wow!! This staff is amazing and you can tell work well as a team. I always felt I had the highest level of service no matter who I was interacting with. They went above and beyond to help me with any request I had and cared to the small details like turn down service, helping provide me aloe for a sunburn and even sending an Absolute Sanctuary post card to the US. Programs: This facility offers a wide range of programs including detox, weight loss, relaxing and the one I chose was the BeFit program. I would highly recommend it! Not only do you get personal training but you get access to all of their group classes, included massages and an amazing food and drink menu (note alcohol is not allowed or available onsite). Facilities: they have top notch yoga, Pilates, spa, and pool facilities. The personal training is exceptional and not only helped me achieve my goals but helped set me for success when I arrive home. Food and drink: where do I begin? Their chefs and menu were amazing. I had so many choices on the be fit program and constantly was trying new dishes and new juice combinations. My favorite secret to share with you…zucchini pancakes!! My only regret is not trying this item sooner in my stay. I will dreaming about these long after I return home. After just 6 nights here I am leaving Absolute Sanctuary with a slightly new outlook on life. With renewed energy and a found motivation I can tell this stay will fuel the next chapter in my life, a healthy one.
