Beautiful hotel, amazing and accommodating staff and great food. Would love to come back.

The Beach Samui is absolutely fabulous and excellent value for money. Located on a very quiet corner of Koh Samui, we found really lovely food nearby but none of it as good as the food served in the hotel. We did find ourselves driving most days to see and do things but we were fine with that. We spent a week in Choengmon which is much more lively, but the entire week in Choengmon we wished we had stayed in the Beach for longer! Definitely go for breakfast included because a) it's delicious and generous and b) you can enjoy it in your suite or the dining room. We stayed the week over Christmas and even though there were plenty of guests, we always found the pool and dining room to be very peaceful and quiet. Our kids (4 and 6) loved it.

This hotel is perfect for couples, especially for a honeymoon. The decor is beautiful and it opens onto the beach. It is on the sunset side of the island, but this side of the island is very quiet and a distance away from the hustle and bustle of Samui. If you’re wanting a relaxing, romantic, tranquil sunset getaway, then this hotel is perfect. If you’re looking to party or socialise, then I would advise to stay on the other side of the island. たしかにビーチフロントですが、港で、泳ぐには不向きですので、そのことを明記すべきだと思います。景色は素晴らしい、窓全開し風通しが素晴らしい、近所にはレストランやコンビニがあり、意外と便利な立地も良かった。あと、野良犬がたくさんいて、特に朝は散歩する際に、やや、危険ですので、女性一人歩きは避けた方がよいですね。

We visited our honeymoon. Beautiful location very quiet and relaxed place. Clean and the service was excellent with welcome drinks and cool facial cloths. We ordered the bath ritual, which you have to book 24 hours in advance for the rose petals. We picked our breakfast each day for the next day, which can be delivered to your room or downstairs. All breakfast options (we tried one of each throughout our stay), and they were excellent! My favourite was the salmon and eggs and my husband was the pancakes. 7/11 is across the road for bits but also lots of nice restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to shop around locally for a trip to Pig Island

Thailand like it used to be - My wife and I have made many trips to Thailand over the years, but this was our first time to Koh Samui, and our first time here with our 8yo daughter. We have truly fallen in love with the place and will absolutely be returning. The location is remote enough to be quiet, but close enough to get into town (Lamai) with ease. We stayed in one of the Villas across the road from the main hotel, and it was perfect for our needs. Spacious and clean. The decision to come here specifically, was in part because of the on site dispensary - my wife has MS, and access to legal pain relief made all the difference in her ability to enjoy our trip instead of staying bedridden. Most of all though, the absolutely standout thing about The Beach Samui is the staff. They absolutely made our time here. Nothing was too much for them. They way they interacted with our normally shy and reclusive daughter was amazing. All our experiences and interactions with the staff were fantastic, but I would like to make special mention to Nun and Noo Bee Taw Hu, who both actively went out of their way to make our daughter feel comfortable and special. I would also like to thank Steve Lewe, who's kindness and generosity with his time and company, we are immensely grateful for. We will absolutely be returning here and have nothing but good things to say about our experience at The Beach Samui. Thank you team. You were all amazing.

The best way to start our holiday! Beautiful and quiet place. The rooms do have everything you need when traveling with three young kids. Like a fully equipped kitchenette. The food is good and the staff amazing. So nice and lovely how they interacted with our kids!! The location is a bit in the middle of nowhere but there is a great coffee place next door, 7/11 in the front, nice restaurants and good massages in the same street. Thanks a lot 🙏🏻

I am shocked that this hotel has won any awards. I have never written a bad review but I feel compelled to warn travelers so they don’t end up in the same situation that we did. When we arrived to the hotel we were shocked and immediately booked a new hotel on the island. The hotel has excellent marketing but it’s beside a giant highway and the pool is in front of people’s rooms, there’s no where to lounge and you cannot swim at the beach. And it’s in the middle of nowhere so you have to take taxis everywhere. The real problem though is that they refused to refund us and strung us along for months. They said they could only refund via bank transfer (incredibly weird for a hotel) and then told me my bank details were wrong (they were t our bank did a test) no legit hotel uses bank transfer and says they can’t use credit card or wise or PayPal. So if you find yourself in the same situation we did, prepare to lose your money and this hotel asks you to prepay presumably because they don’t do refunds. We stayed in many places in Thailand and this was the only hotel who asked for bank transfer and didn’t have a refund policy. Take your own chances but if you are flying from far away avoid this one.

This hotel is magical, the atmosphere and facilities are excellent. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. The location was great for us, we wish we could have stayed longer than a week! Watching the sunset each evening was perfect.

We had a three night stay at this lovely hotel whilst travelling around Thailand. The bedroom was fabulous, it had a very comfy big bed. The view from the rooms were stunning. A short walk across the beach to pick up a boat trip. You can use kayaks and bikes free of charge.

PRO: Amazing rooms, great staff, food fabulous, quiet and peaceful. Perfect chill and relax place. Scooter available for $8.00 a day!!! So you can explore the island. Very pot smoking, eating, drinking amicable. Brian, the owner, is a real “ hands on” operator. CONS: Only one.There is no beach per/say, I mean, great sand and beach lounge beds etc. but it is not a “swimming” beach. There are boats permanently anchor right in front, and the tide comes and goes. So if you are looking for a resort type beach, look somewhere else, this is a boutique hotel.
