Great stay on a great Thai island! Everything was great from arriving to departing. Staff was friendly, the bungalows itself were lovely and spacious, nice outside space to sit and relax in the evenings and watch the wildlife go by (fireflies, bats, geckos), and Bang Bao Bay is just stunning and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. We rented the snorkelling equipment from the hotel and went to the far right of the bay, stunning! We also used the complimentary kayaks and watched the sunset from the sea, beautiful. The restaurant of the property was right by the beach and pier and offered a lovely scenery. As the description stated there is no public swimming pool which was no issue whatsoever as the sea is so super shallow and the water is crystal clear. The beach is fairly narrow but it’s not crowded so no issue and another huge and stunning beach is only a 5 min motorbike ride from there too. Would definitely come back.

Very nice and clean room, beautiful surroundings and great food at reasonable prices The staff is 100% serviceminded and always smiling 😍 Our AC was leaking, we called reception and the repair-person came and fixed it within minutes!! The best resort we have stayed inThailand. Top beach, with amazing villas. Staff is super friendly and they go beyond everything to make you fell completely comfortable. Five stars for location, beach, staff. In the evening you can eat dinner on the beach, where they can grill you fresh fish.

After nearly four weeks travelling around Thailand, five nights at the Beach Natural Resort gave us the rest and relaxation we needed before returning to UK. The welcome from Tiger, the manager, was warm and helpful and he looked after us throughout our visit. All the restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We would especially mention Pang at reception who was full of good advice. She’s a sweet girl in her first job. Our room, Bay 4, was spacious, clean and comfortable with a good view of the bay. The resort is small, peaceful and well kept in a beautiful bay, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The best snorkelling is around the rocks at the right hand side of the bay. The beach is clean and there were always enough sun loungers for all. The restaurant has an excellent choice of local and western dishes, well prepared and cooked at reasonable prices. There are no cars on Koh Kood and if you don’t want to rent a scooter the management can arrange a taxi to explore other parts of the island. Ours was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend the resort to those who want a peaceful and relaxing holiday avoiding the crowds.

One of the best resort on Koh Kood. Our stay - February 8-11, 2024 - Room #1 (green section) If you’re contemplating on whether to book the Beach Natural resort, just go for it. After much research on which resort to book in Koh Kood, we decided on this beautiful resort. We were not disappointed from the time we step onto the property. The ground is gorgeous rooms are very clean. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The beach is clean and beautiful. There are so many staffs that provide us with warm and welcoming experience. We just mention a few that came through attention and those that we know their names. The first staff name Soe at the restaurant is very attentive. He always has a beautiful smile on his face. The bellboy is super friendly and so sweet. The reception staff (name Pan) is sweet and professional. She provided a warm and welcoming reception. We highly recommend this resort.

The staff at the resort were outstanding, very helpful and made the stay very comfortable. All the facilites were clean and kept to a high standard.

5/5 I had a great time. The spot is stunning. The staff is very nice and helpful. No pool. If you want to snorkelling you can go to the right side and follow the coast. I stay in the the front Bay villa. The price is ok as Koh kood is a bit more expensive than other islands in the area.
