Aurika, Coorg - Luxury by Lemon Tree Hotels

Luxury with the warmth of authenticity. The moment I was greeted at the entrance by Tracy, getting a personal tour of the resort by Sayantan and Chaiti through to meeting the wonderful staff at the restaurant and participating in the ***y activities that the resort organises for the guests ***y of which were done by the lovely Mr Ganesh, I was left feeling rested and relaxed. I always however feel the true test of fully realising great hospitality is when you are faced with a challenge and again here, I couldn’t have been in more safer hands than with Sayantan at Aurika. The resort exceeded my expectations and I am so grateful I came across it. If you see this place available, book yourself a room. You will meet the most wonderful people and truly have a memorable stay. Thank you so much to everyone at Aurika.

The resort exudes tranquility and serenity, creating a peaceful heaven for guests. The staff we encountered were not only polite and well-***nered but also knowledgeable, readily offering valuable insights on topics of guest interest. Their proactive feedback collection after each meal adds an appreciated touch to the overall experience. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjay Pandita, the General ***ager of the property, for cultivating a culture of hospitality among the staff that resonates with the guests visiting the resort.

We booked the entire hotel for 3 nights. They're exceptional in all front. Nature walk by Mr Ganesh was something different. Mr Sanjay, Mr Sayantan, Ms Chaiti and all other staffs just ready to address your concern. Good location, well maintained, green balcony views, yummy food all makes me to write my review. Recommend for all categories such as Family,Business, Marriage etc. My heartfelt thanks to team Aurika for their hospitality to us. Best wishes going forward.

I celebrated my anniversary at Aurika Coorg and the experience was more than perfect! The room was wonderful, the property was very well maintained and beautiful. The staff went an extra mile to make our special day even more special, from reserving the best table for dinner, surprising us with a cake, to making us feel home away from home. Their hospitality was beyond expectations! The spa was great too! I would specially like to thank Sayantan, Rakenth, Alok, Kuber and Pooja for their top notch service and care. We will definitely return back and recommend this property to our friends and family!

Hotel is located at top of the hill and greenish location for view. Rooms ambience are excellent. The people from front desk to house keeping, all are very kind and polite. Especially Rakenth from Roast&Red dining area helped me to get surprise cake for my wife's birthday celebration. Also kuber,Sorba, Survee,Sayan from mirasa dining provided the excellent food service to the people's. It contains very spacious kids play area and entertainments. Had nice coffee plantation tour and historical explanation provided by Kowshik. Apart from these above good things, would like to mention about the improvement required area, 1. Chef covers more food varieties but taste should be up to the mark.its lagging on the taste. It's not that much great and worth to pay. 2. Snacks and beverages kept under mini refrigerators are too costly and we should be careful before using it. Ex. One Snickers and Mars chocolate MRP of 120(including both) are charged Rs-360 from the billing team. At least It's should be reasonable and not the three-times of actual cost. 3. Hotel is located little bit interior and sign boards are lesser.also google map is not directing to the main roads and it's always routing to shortcut roads which are very narrow, slopes which is difficult to drive the car. May be ***agement need to add more sign boards from the city entrance. 4. Last one, the terms and conditions mentioned during booking need to be followed or should be updated to customers while check in at least. Ex. Providing Evening tea and cookies are mentioned in the booking receipt but it has been cancelled by them. Same the mini refrigerators beverages usage are not clearly mentioned.

Went with family and can’t talk enough about the property. The views are amazing, rooms are really spacious and service is top-notch. The staff was very cordial, specially Rakenth and Sorba. They took care of all our requests. Breakfast and dinner buffet were amazingly good. Will definitely revisit if in Coorg again.

The stay at Aurika, Coorg was beyond awesome. The support staff hospitality was unmatchable. Their genuine care and cheerful interactions made a big difference. The dedication of Kuber, Rakenth, Prolina and Sorbajani from service teams and Tracy from admin was excellent. Chaiti, ***ager from Room division had been a great host. Ganesh and Sudeep from activity team has done an amazing job. Overall, it was a trip to remember for the awesome hospitality by Aurika. Must recommended.

Fantastic food and the service given by Rakenth, Kube, Prolina added to my pleasant experience at Mirasa. I had Roasted pumpkin soup, Chicken Tikka,Thai Green Curry and a New York Cheesecake Cake. All were really tasty and I totally recommend this to everyone who's looking for some quality sumptuous food in Madikeri

It was a great experience with Aurika Coorg. Our stay was made too comfortable.. Since,I was traveling with my 3 yr old child it was all the more easy for me to enjoy the property and in and around Coorg.The entire team co operated very well and made our trip a memorable one! From food to hospitality to upgradation of our room. Everything was nice!! Thank you so much! Regards
