Gorgeous boutique hotel right on *** St. with an authentic French flare. The front desk was so welcoming and informative. My room was exceptional! The decor was stunning, every amenity was provided, and the extras like shower bomb, espresso machine, and welcome gifts were unexpected but very much appreciated. My only disappointment was that I was only staying one night and didn’t get to experience cocktails in the salon or eat at Lilou because of my previous plans. I will definitely stay here again.

Extremely comfortable and beautiful room. Pristine. Very centrally located, so it was easy to walk around the Knoxville downtown area.

Property was nice and clean. Location is convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel’s restaurant and bar were rude. Wouldn’t recommend dining there.

Our stay at The Hotel Cleo was absolute perfection. Our room was so lovely, the bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic. It was quiet and relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The location is great as well—so many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Hotel Cleo had a wonderful esthetic and charm. Lobby and room were beautifully decorated as well as very clean.

What a lovely boutique property. The finishings and artwork were beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent despite the snow storm. The food was out of this world and I highly recommend eating at their restaurant. Chef Ben and his team are truly amazing. Joshua and staff thank you so much for all of your efforts, you are appreciated! Also- take the short walk to Coffee & Chocolate. It’s out of this world!
