Very good location. Cleanliness is good. But their exhaust in the bathroom is very less effective, bathroom doors are not close easily it's an sliding doors. If you are 2 people leaving makes it difficult and embarrassing while using the washroom

Breakfast is good! Room is spacious and clean! Even it is close to the airport, there is no noise at night!

Well located within Airport Area just 1 stop away and short walk. To go to city just hop in bus right opposite of the hotel. The hotel ambiance is very nice for relaxing. Restaurants within the hotel. Recommend

A hotel in a close proximity to the airport only 5 mins on a bus ride. However, the service and products are not a 4 star hotel.  1. The front desk service is not quite up to a par comparing to other 4 stars - we asked the front desk to delivery our luggages to the room when is ready for check-in since we will be away. The answer was "can you do it yourself or your partner can?", "not sure but will see what we can do"....This is a very standard service for most hotels.  2. Breakfast selection is very limited and quite sad for a 4-star. The staff was very unenthusiastic and the utensils were dirty with stains.  3. Early check-in will cost you additional 30chf even if it is just an hour before. 4. This is a popular one - no free shuttle bus. Will cost you a lot more than public transportation. So think wisely. 5. The bed is fine but pillows are like balloons - you need to unzip them to let the air out. Otherwise, good luck with the neck!

The location is good with a few stops away from airport only. The room is large and clean. The breakfast choices are limited and it’s a bit overpriced. I would suggest to skip it if it’s not included in your hotel package. It has a 24 hour gym but it’s pretty small.

Good Location, car park available, close tobte airport. Price for hotel and night ok.

Wonderful stay at the hotel. The bfast buffet was really nice

1km away from airport and one could chose to walk or take a bus from airport terminal to the hotel. Room is of reasonable size and well renovated with all supplies and amenities adequately supplied. Buffet breakfast is decent with good varieties of cold and hot dishes. Recommended for those who arrived late or planning for an early flight

The best hotel with reasonable price so much of comfort. Friendly receptionist and very helpful. I stayed for 3days only yet they recognized me. That is outstanding for me and above expectation because they are entertaining a lot of guest daily. Keep up the good job. I'd really appreciate it!

kind and clean we took a bus to gy there. they booked the limousine to the airport, but it was a little bit different price we pay.
