This property is located in a beautiful place, room was ok, and staff was friendly. However the hotel site and the ad are misleading and I will explain why. My friends and I were on a two week road-trip and this was our final stop before driving home to Germany. We selected the hotel and decided to pay a little extra because this place advertised a beautiful Spa and wellness area, open year round (this still shows on the site). After a long drive we arrive to the hotel only to find that the spa is closed during summer, receptionist explained that they would open the spa on request. We requested the spa only be denied by the owner. The owner not only denied access to the spa, she also loudly yelled at us in Austrian. Definitely a bad experience that broke our mood the final day of the trip. Won’t be stopping here again.

The hotel is very comfortable for a trip to the lake and surounding area as also to visit Klagenfurt. The room we got was good size and we had also a large balcony that was very appriciated. Parking place is available for free and a good starting point for excursions. Bus station is in front of the hotelso it was easy to use public transport to go to the city and avoid traffic. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasent and prompt to help, it is a small hotel so the same persons are mostly doing more jobs but it was good as we was confident to ask for any kind of needs. We want to thank especialy Martina.

Very beautifully located typical Austrian hotel with a great money-for-service/experience ratio! Everything was very good and we will definitely stay there again should we be in the Klagenfurt area. The hotel-owned restaurant was superb, as was the breakfast buffet. All was clean and tidy, parking space available as well. But best of all is the hotel-private access to a side arm of the Wörthersee, with free swimming opportunity and free to use pedal boats - definitely a high recommendation to try that out in your spare time!

Check in was polite, efficient and available late due to a very delayed flight. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Room had a few querks but not anything to avoid. Breakfast (included) was a self service cold buffet and well stocked. Check-out was equally efficient. I would stay again.

L'hôtel est e style ancien au niveau du conffort. Pas d'air conditionné, pas d'ascenseur pour monter les étages, ce qui est pénible pour les personnes âgées ou si vous avez une valise volumineuse.

L’hotel è molto vicino al lago, e dispone di una spiaggetta privata sul fiume, dotata di tutti i comfort, compreso l’uso gratuito del pedalò. Costeggiando il fiume si arriva in pochi minuti al lago Wörthersee con spiagge, ristoranti, bar, noleggio barche. L’hotel ha un’ala completamente nuova con camere spaziose e ultramoderne, dotate anche di terrazza solarium, pulitissime e con aria condizionata. La colazione è ottima e tutto l’hotel è molto pulito. Purtroppo non c’è l’ascensore. Peccato che la domenica il ristorante fosse chiuso, ne avremmo usufruito volentieri. Il parcheggio gratuito è molto ampio, si trova sempre posto. Grazie a tutto lo staff per il piacevole soggiorno!

Emplacement idéal à la sortie de Klagenfurt, pas de charme particulier pour l’hôtel qui est dans le standard de la région mais bon rapport qualité / prix, juste en face vous trouverez un supermarché si besoin. Point central pour visiter la région.
L’hôtel dispose d’une plage privée sur le canal qui mène au lac, endroit bucolique !
Petit déjeuner copieux avec un personnel à l’écoute

Décevant. L’accueil était très froid et il n’y avait jamais personne à la réception, il fallait toujours sonner pour être répondus. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et aucune aide n’a été offerte pour déplacer les valises. Il n’y avait pas d’air climatisé à la chambre. Il y avait un balcon qui était inaccessible. La salle de bain est minuscule. Le déjeuner est bien.
