On entering the hotel you are blown away by the reception area!! Absolutely beautiful!! All staff we came in contact with VERY helpful. We got a free upgrade to a suite. It was a great size, a beautiful view of the pool. Yes the hotel is full of German /Russian/ anyone other than English people. As Scots that don't like to speak to people or make friends on holiday this was our idea of heaven. We happen to look a bit German so didn't stick out and no one spoke to us, no one tried to make us play aqua-gym when we didn't want to....Absolutely brilliant!! Learn a couple of German please and thank yous and you'll blend right in. Food... classic Scottish...take the English reviews which a pinch of salt....Na there isn't a full Sunday roast...guess what....you're not in a country that has a classic Sunday roast....if you're going on holiday expecting to try good turkish/Mediterranean food that is exactly what you will get. We absolutely loved trying new foods, salads, classic Turkish food! It was great. Drinks were cold! Drinks were good! Cocktails were good, Ice cream was a hit! Entertainment took me back to when I went on holiday as a child and people spoke the language of the country you are in! Yes the Entertainment is in either Turkish or German....we embraced it! You are in Turkey which is next door to Germany! The foam party and then Oktoberfest party at night was our absolute favourite day. Got to experience a classic Oktoberfest event without the expense of going to Germany. We had a 2 year old and didn't find the music/Entertainment to loud for him to sleep...we were facing right on to the pool so it was loud. We didn't use the kids club. We did use the kids pool, he's 2 so repetition was great for him. He spent all day going up and down the same 4 slides, slightly older might have found it a little boring by day 4 without making friends to play with. Location wise it is quite far from any towns,was €25 in a taxi into Side (which by the way is beautiful!!) But 50 round trip we only did it once. There are plenty genuine fake shops right outside the hotel and a small mall type shop probably about a 25 min walk. All in all we had an amazing time!! If you want a hotel to relax by the pool in the day, not make holiday friends and drink in the hotel in the night you'll love it!!

For the price this is one of the most amazing hotels in which you could stay. As soon as you walk in the reception takes your breath away and the hotel is beautiful throughout. The rooms are lovely and spotless in fact if you book with a pool or sea view they are amazing. The pool areas are spacious and you have the choice of both entertainment pools and quiet ones. If you can’t eat well here then the problem is with you and not the hotel. You should be aware that the hotel resort is some distance from Side however there are good bus and taxi services. It is not in a major tourist area however there are local shops and services. Yes there are more Germans and East Europeans than British but if you’re not too insecure in yourself you will find that they actually talk and are good to get along with. You are in turkey after all and not everything revolves around chips and egg!

I’ve been visiting the Sea world few times, the hotel it’s lovely with a modern rooms and beautiful green trees and flowers around. The staff are nice and all well it’s going on because of the menager named Unal, the animation team isn’t that good and the music it’s too loud.

I recently returned from a highly disappointing stay at the Seaden Sea World Resort in Side, Turkey, booked through TUI as part of their Platinum Holiday package, and I feel compelled to warn others about our experience. 1. Unhelpful and Rude Staff The level of service from the staff was shockingly poor. We encountered multiple issues with staff members who were not only rude but appeared completely disinterested in helping. On several occasions, I asked for something as simple as a shandy or a bottle of water, only to be met with blank stares. It seemed as though they didn’t understand the request, which was frustrating enough, but their miserable attitudes made the entire experience worse. It felt like they resented being there, which in turn, made us feel unwelcome throughout our stay. 2. Tailored Solely to Germans One thing that became immediately obvious is that this hotel is designed almost exclusively for German guests. While there’s nothing wrong with that in itself, it became an issue when none of the staff seemed to understand or speak English. The limited English they did try to use was poorly translated, making it hard to communicate basic needs. If you’re not fluent in German, be prepared for significant communication issues throughout your stay. This resort is not at all international-friendly, despite what the booking suggests. I urge potential guests to listen to the reviews and avoid this place. 3. Shocking Food Labelling - A Nightmare for Vegetarians and Those with Allergies As a vegetarian, the food situation was absolutely disgraceful. There were multiple instances where food was either mislabeled or completely unlabeled. On more than one occasion, I unknowingly ate meat because what appeared to be vegetarian dishes, like chickpeas in tomato sauce, were actually mixed with lumps of meat. Even worse, items that were clearly labelled as vegetarian were anything but: “spinach” was actually spinach wrapped in a slice of meat, and “onion rings” turned out to be rice, onions, and meat shaped into a ball. Both seemed vegetarian but were not. This is utterly unacceptable, and anyone with dietary restrictions or allergies should avoid this hotel at all costs. I dread to think what could happen if someone with a serious allergy ate something mislabelled or unlabeled – it’s a disaster waiting to happen. The lack of proper food labeling is not only negligent but dangerous. (I’ve included photos showing the serious mislabeling of food as proof.) 4. Lack of Food Variety, Reused Dishes, and Dirty Utensils While some reviews mentioned that there wasn’t enough “English food” - this wasn’t a major concern for me; I was looking forward to experiencing a more varied cuisine. However, the sheer lack of variety when it came to international cuisine was disappointing. Worse still, food was often reused and repurposed into questionable dishes at lunch, dinner, or even the next day’s breakfast. This wasn’t just limited to leftovers being reheated,

Stayed at this hotel 18th to 25th September 2024. It is very impressive, very good accommodation and rooms etc always kept clean. Large choice of foods in restaurant but hot meals need to be hotter, beautiful pool areas. I had my birthday whilst there and the client representative Christina made the occasion very special for me along with my friends. Thank you Christina for all you did the memory will always be with me xx

Giving this resort a 3 star rating purely for the rudeness of the staff. Staff definitely favour the Germans and russians over the British! The only staff that smiled at us was the porters and cleaners and they did a fantastic job. Food - was great not sure why it has such bad reviews. Lots of choice maybe could be a be hotter. Entertainment - we only saw one show on the main stage in the one week we were there. There is a disco every night but mainly for adults not children. Google translate app came in very handy with communicating with the staff. If you like English tea then Bring your own as this resort do not supply English tea. Overall this is a beautiful resort with a beautiful beach just the staff let it down.

The hotel looked lovely and was clean , our room was perfect , no complaints there , but to be honest the food was awful and we didn't really find any of the staff friendly at all , it was our first time in Antalya, thought we would have a change from our usual choice in the Dalaman area , big mistake , we will be back that way next year , much friendlier to the Brits .Despite this all though we did have a relaxing break , just a bit hungry.

The lady in guest relations Christina was amazing she couldn’t do enough to help us the hotel was so clean and huge and very beautiful food was lovely could do with being a bit hotter pool is amazing I couldn’t fault the hotel at all this is the second time and would definitely go back again

Hotel is beautiful and looks very grand however food lets it down . Food was luke warm at most and very bland. Breakfast probably best. Lunch time in snack bar was ok first day but then it is the same thing everyday and some days not even warm. Nighttime meal was the worst. Food cold and not really edible. We went to one of the restaurants you get to go to and chose Turkish as others had bad reviews. We had to send main meal back as cold, when it was returned it was exactly the same. Such a shame as this hotel would be perfect if food was nice and edible. Won’t return and just because of food .

This is by a long ,long way the worst place I have ever been. And I grew up in the west of Scotland. I despise with a deep passion every single member of staff in this place. Everyone that uses the hotel is so rude and ignorant but I suppose that’s probably because they are living in this total dump of a hotel. Pretty to look at but not in a million years is it a 5 star platinum hotel. The service is so so poor it is beyond infuriating. You pay thousands for a holiday with an all inclusive band and have to pay €1.50 every morning for a glass of fresh fruit juice with your breakfast. And the “cocktail list” has a grand total of 6 drinks on, if you want anything slightly different it’s an extra €7, and god forbid you go up to the bar and ask for a cocktail (whether it be a free or paid one) one of the ignorant staff will be furious at having to actually make one instead of simply pouring a beer or a spirit in a glass with a watered down fruit juice. TUI should never recommend this holiday to Brits as it is absolutely not suitable for anyone who is not an ignorant freak. I have managed to write this long review without even mentioning the worst part, the “food”. None of the “chefs” know how to cook and care more about how much food they get out and not how it is cooked. The same food is served night after night with chips being the specialty. I,myself am as far from a picky eater as you will find but after a few days even I was struggling, before a breakfast left me floored with salmonella for 3 days(which would normally ruin a holiday but was one of my highlights of the worst two weeks of my life). I bit into a sandwich with “fried” egg and immediately tasted it was jelly in the middle. The taste was one of the worst things I had ever tasted but the few days that followed were not much better. Please avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you are training yourself for I’m a Celebrity and the bushtucker trials. You could not pay me to come back to this hell hole.

Do not go here,TUI should be ashamed of themselves for allowing English to go here, ring now and demand to have your hotel changed. We went as family of 4, with our friends also a family of 4. We where all seriously ill after about 4 days. We and our friends bought return flight because we could no longer trust the food, on return our friend who was last to get ill was diagnosed with salmonella. The biggest issue was TUI did not care about us, even though 6 out of 8 were vomiting and seriously ill. They refused to get us on an early flight, even though there where spaces as we bought them out of our own pocket, they refused to let us use the bus to the airport and basically washed their hands of us. The issue was the restaurant, it was too small for the amount of people it served, I witnessed trays of cold precooked fried eggs stored under the counter and brought up as the tray in use ran out, omelette so under cooked that running egg oozed onto the plate and worse, chefs handling raw chicken and cooked chicken by hand with the same gloves on. We had to use a lift to get to our room and about 80% of the time someone got in taking food to their room which I imagine was for ill relatives recovering from illness. Mix this with no stop full volume music outside the pool facing rooms, entertainment at full volume till gone midnight then party music somewhere till 3 in the morning it isn't very relaxing. Staff can't communicate with English and don't want to. Trust the reviews we rang TUI prior to travelling about the reviews and they said take no notice its lovely. Do take notice and get out before you regret it.

Let me say , the hotel is very big , its 50/50 whether you have a good experience , its true the hotel guests are german ukraine russian english israil turkish, but the truth is everyone gets along with no issues & the staff at the hotel do there best to be helpful, as an english guest as a family we had no issues with anything, you just have to be patient and work through a barrier language wise , the hotel rooms were cleaned everyday & if you make an effort with the staff they help you bigtime!, they are so nice if you are likewise, as a whole the hotel is well above average! As an all inclusive the main buffets arnt fantastic but you will find something of your choices , this hotel is isolated but you can hire cars ouside to travel to local towns, seadan seaworld is at best a 4 star

The room with separate room for the children I could not fault, the staff not understanding me was a real pain, my partner spoke a bit of German to get us by. No air-con in the receptions areas, the lifts, the restaurants etc only rest bite was our room, it was hot everywhere felt like we were melting. We didn’t know where anything was again with the language barrier & we just happened upon places by walking around, the hotel was vast & I struggle with mobility so not good but we found a short cut from our room to restaurant & pools etc. The entertainment was good & the girls really enjoyed it, food we always found something for the girls to eat & the salads, tomatoes were really nice. I wouldn’t go to side again as it caters for Germans only next time I’ll go Marmaris
