We were a family of 8, travelling with a 3 year old and chose this hotel as a result of the good reviews. Based on our experience, I would rate this hotel 3 Star at best. The rooms are spotless but very small and we too had room 2026 and 2028 and experienced 3 weddings whilst we were there which means you can’t really use your balcony. The sunbeds and parasols are plentiful but dated and broken, we were there during a 43 degree heatwave and a parasol was essential, however finding one that had a full length pole was impossible, if you could get one at all. The family pool next to the water park was so dirty that it was green and you couldn’t see the bottom. The main pool was much cleaner, although the lifeguards will whistle you for the slightest thing. We witnessed a serious altercation between a man and the lifeguard which resulted in Management being called, we actually thought there was going to be a fight! Our rooms were very close to reception and the lifts, and children were running around until 1.30 in the morning, shouting and screaming , we have no issue with kids having fun on holiday, but no one seemed to be asking them to be a bit quieter. Be prepared to queue for everything, the bars are understaffed and you will queue in the evening for considerable time to get a drink. The food was good, with lots of variety and something for everyone, although the restaurant is absolutely heaving at breakfast and dinner. We only managed to get booked in to the American burger restaurant during our stay, but it was very good. The hotel is quite remote, but Coral Bay and Paphos are an easy bus ride away. Overall, a very disappointing stay for us and not reflective of the good reviews or price. Our parting gift from the Laura Beach is that my 3 year old Granddaughter has contracted Impetigo!
