no hot water in the shower. the hotel charge me the total prices of the room. i ask to trip com to correct this mistake. its supposee to charge only de special taxes of 30$ per night but tjey charge my credit card for alle the night and the special taxes they charge to me 60$ plus 170$ plus 138$
and i have already paid the room to trip com

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

Very nice stay for a quick last minute Disney trip with my family. Great amenities my daughter enjoyed the play area. Friendly accommodating staff and very clean room. I’d stay here again simply bc of their level of cleanliness.

I enjoyed staying here even though it was a very short trip. The room, the food and the pool were all on point. We had a wonderful time. My husband got a lil sick and it was nice having the store right there so we didn’t have to leave the property.

Room and towels were dirty, stained, and not very clean in general. One of the pools was closed and looked disgusting. The hot tub had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Food and drink was sub par at best. Staff was pushy on upselling even when we said no and was not very pleasant.

Checking took 30mins no prob they were short handed, than after checking in went to our room the main door would not lock after getting in our room, on top of that the connected doors to other room were not locked and no way for us to lock it it required a key. I had my fiancé with me and the next door guest room was not locked, we saw a guy in his boxes such a safety problem, glad we didn’t just fall asleep without checking. The room was awful DO NOT go based on the PICTURES very poor quality room. I got my room switched that same night at 2am and even the next room had paint all over the carpet desks and bathroom dirty. I took videos and pictures to back my words.
The receptionist were nice and were honest about being short handed but as a customer it wasn’t convenient to us.

Woke up at 1am to an overflowing toilet which flooded the room, hall, room across the way and the stairwell next to the room. I could not reach the front desk on the phone. When I went to the lobby she waved me away saying I know, maintenence was called. I hadn't even told her what was wrong or given her my room number. They moved us to a new room with 1 bed and a sofa bed that had no blankets. I was brought a fabric shower curtain, 2 pillowcases and a bed skirt. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower. When I talked to the front desk her response was "that's a time share room and you're not supposed to bed there anyways so would it be ok to have you change rooms?"

Room was okay. Not cleaned well. The perimeter of the floor was not vacuumed. There was plastic wrappers from previous guests on the carpet. The sink had hair and dirt in it. The shower grout line was an orange yellow, I suspect from the hard water.
Sliding bathroom door with no fan, could have provided air freshener.
We could hear people checking in across the hallway, during the late night hours.
Pillows, blankets and towels were decently soft.
