no hot water in the shower. the hotel charge me the total prices of the room. i ask to trip com to correct this mistake. its supposee to charge only de special taxes of 30$ per night but tjey charge my credit card for alle the night and the special taxes they charge to me 60$ plus 170$ plus 138$
and i have already paid the room to trip com

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

The property is a no frills, clean hotel. It would be best for someone who doesn't plan to spend their day at the resort are there is not much to do but if you are commuting to parks or there on business it is a great option. It has a Starbucks and Pizza Hut on site as well as Convenience store. It has a no frills gym for a basic workout a pool and a little kiddie zone. It was clean and comfortable for the price and proximity to Disney I would recommend.

This Wyndham was an excellent option for a two night stay while visiting the Walt Disney Parks. The rooms were clean and quiet and the beds and pillows were Fantastic. It’s a quick 5-10 minute drive from Epcot, just outside the main gate area. You save by paying no resort fees or parking- which is a nice savings. Check in was quick and efficient- we used the virtual hostess to check in which was slick. The only problem we ran into was not knowing which tower our room was in, but that was resolved fairly quickly. The pool was being repaired while we were there - we hadn’t planned to use it anyway, so that was not an issue for us. We will definitely be coming back for future stays.

Celebrated a birthday in Orlando and settled on this property.. Check-in was efficient. Hotel was clean and the beds were extremely comfy. Shower had great pressure and everything in the room was very clean! We did book the magic view, although far from the fireworks, it was a nice touch to our evening. Didn’t care for the time share pitch. The front desk doesn’t always answer the phone and if you order food from the bar, they don’t deliver to your room. The live music was a great surprise and we really enjoyed the musician. One of the elevators seemed to be having issues too but overall we had a pleasant stay!

Nosey, had to changed room at 3am because since 1am there was a nosey guest, they didn’t help to do anything for us, changed room, gaves us 2 different key cards that didn’t work! And asked for at least half refund for the inconvenience that wasn’t our fault they said no!

Love the indoor playground. Helped get the energy out of my 2.5 year old. Pool was lovely. Rates were amazing compared to many in the area. Late night pizza was convenient. And Starbucks for the morning is a plus. Thank you.

The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was ok and clean. The fridge was wobbly and half of the freezer compartment was taken over by ice, because it has not been defrost in a long time. The wall control for AC had low battery and did not control the unit - the room was freezing until I adjusted the temperature on the unit directly. There is a little convenience store inside the hotel; I just wished they sold some fruit, because there is no grocery store nearby. There is a Pizza Hut express, Starbucks and a grill, which is unfortunately closed during lunch time, so not many healthy choices. The grill has delicious food (with 2 big salads on the menu as well) but the service was subpar to say the least.
