no hot water in the shower. the hotel charge me the total prices of the room. i ask to trip com to correct this mistake. its supposee to charge only de special taxes of 30$ per night but tjey charge my credit card for alle the night and the special taxes they charge to me 60$ plus 170$ plus 138$
and i have already paid the room to trip com

There were NO microwaves in ANY rooms, and coffee maker only took little pouches the size of a tea bag. Refrigerator froze veggies, and no free breakfast. Forcing us to go to Starbucks, Pizza Hut or expensive Breakfast in the lobby if you didn't want to leave the hotel.

The hotel caters to a heavy drinking crowd. We were up all night listening to screaming and yelling from a large and very drunk crowd. Thw hotel sis nothing and told us that they were in a "common area" and because of that they could do nothing.

Everything was very nice and I would definitely stay there again. Please note that the property had no information regarding the $10 daily meal stipend that was included in my ******* purchase.

Can hear hallway talking easily through doors. I was located next to exit door and people slammed that door constantly so that was fun. Tv did not work at all. WiFi was slow. However, AC worked great. Beds were comfortable and there was ample amount of charging outlets. I rate this hotel 3/5 stars. Average stay.

Did the job but it was dirty.
Make sure to add $10 to your stay price, as you have it given to you for a food and beverage credit, however, the breakfast is $17, and for those the don’t use the bar, you never have a chance to use it.
Tons of fees involved as well. Unavoidable, but beware

We stayed one night... your bar staff is great--Karin and Chris? I think (he lady from Costa Rica).. wonderful and engaging. Our grand-daughter got sick in the middle of the night, and the staff did great at bringing new sheets and towels for us. The next morning the front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely use this hotel again!

The property is nice. Relatively clean. However rooms have no microwave, no coffee maker etc. price was def too high for what it offers.
