We had a great experience. Everything was exactly like the pictures. The rooms were clean, fresh smelling and no bed bugs. Staff was very courteous, helpful and took care of our needs. The pool was maintained great. Noise level was very low and we were by the pool. It was a pleasant stay and I plan on booking rooms there again on my next visit to Florida. We were not disappointed with our rooms.

The place was recently painted inside and out. It was clean and a/c worked well. Price was reasonably. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible cleaning service every other day. Not even towels given, barely any fridge space, no food served at all.

We had excellent warm and friendly service upon check in. Although it is an older property, it has been freshly painted and was clean. The pool temperature was perfect for swimming and the large deck allowed for a quiet space to read. We love the location.

The lack of having someone around at night when you have an issue is an extreme safety issue. Tried to call the main desk at midnight due to loud music playing and no one is there. Glad we didn’t have an issue that required immediate response as they do not answer the phone at night either. Checked out at 7:30 am and office was still closed. Pictures of the property make it look much nicer than it is. Very misleading. Would not recommend.

The room was very clean. The hotel is definitely older and a little run down, but it was spotless. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help out with anything you need!

Quiet location close to everything. The staff is friendly. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The room is nice but the bathroom is outdated but clean. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
