The room was and service was great. I loved it. Unfortunately when I woke up in the morning I had painful bites all over my ankles and feet. I later found out they were bed bug bites.

We always come to this hotel when we visit Kissimmee, this is our 4th visit. This visit and the last one we have experienced toilet problems. The last visit was a disappoin**ent because they switch us from a really nice suite to a regular room. The problem is that we always unpack, then the toilet has issues we dealt with it because we didn’t feel like packing our things and moving to another room. Next time if we ever come back we have to make sure the toilet is in functioning order.

The hotel was so humid inside that the room was wet, and the surrounding area was like a carnival. The elevator barely worked.

The pillows & bed were uncomfortable & pillows extremely small. Not a good seal around the door & alot of light coming in. And the security latch on top was bad. Hallways hot not using a/c. Room a/c not keeping room cool and mold in bathroom. Been here a few time’s definitely went downhill. Had to go floor to floor to find a working ice machine.

Hotel is not like the photos. It is in need of major work. First room we had the shower didnt work we got another room and the room smelt musty, the toilet didnt work properly and spit toilet water when you flushed, when we went to latch the door the latch fell off. We did stay as we were only there for 2 days and only sleeping there. In the moring the window was covered in condinsation. (I am assuming the room has very bad circulation)
Now for the good!! This hotel had a wonderful included breakfast that the wjole family enjoyed. And the staff were all wonderful quickly changing us rooms and also fixing the latch. They were happy polite and happy to help.
The area was super busy as we were there on a weekend it is accross the parking lot from the fun spot. Wish i wpuld. Have done more research to know it was there to take advantage of it.
All in all the stay was ok thank to the staff this hotel needs alot of work. The potential is there. I chose this hotel due to the ratings and reviews but would say they arent accurate. All in all out of 10 i would give a 6.5

We arrived at 12:40 AM and waited 40 minutes to check-in. There was only one group before us. The registration clerk only acknowledged us after I inquired if there was anyone else that could assist. No offer of apology. I spoke to the manager in the morning and he simply stated “I’m sure he was doing the best he could”.
