Travelodge by Wyndham Kissimmee/Orlando

The hotel was great! Clean, comfy and close to the parks! We stayed 2 night and it was :ery pleasant!

I WISH I could add photos to this review. I have never in my life seen such filth. First we got there and only one person was working in the whole place. We were locked out of the lobby and had to wait to check in. When they gave us our room the floor was soft ans caving in from water damages. It smelled lile mold to the point we wouldnt let our kids in. The doors disnt fit on the building and were covered in years of dirt. The plug ins were broken qnd falling into the water damaged walls. There wasnt bedsing or towels and we were told they couldnt procide any bc laundry had forgotten to wash before going home for the day. The fire alarms had been ripped from the walls. The towel rack was broken and gone. The last persons soaps and dirty rags were all over the tub. The mattresses were blood stained. The art and walls had gross drips running down them. The furniture was broken and disgusting. Rhe wrong size mattresses were on the bed frames. We left and paid for another hotel. They assured us REPEATEDLY that we would be getting a full refund and then denied it repeatedly when ******* tried to peocess it. It was honestly such an unbelievable experience. It blows my mind that theyre legally allowed to be open.

Stayed in room 501 Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet bowl Bath tub was not clean Towels were not sufficient. There wasn't any shampoo Asked for the cleanliness, towels, and shampoo...but the Hotel staff at the reception desk was ignorant of my complaints....Thank you.

Not that I’ll ever be staying here again, but next time I wish there was a door on the bathroom. The towels were rags, the shower head was 5ft, the sheets were nasty, TV didn’t work, no deadlock on the door outside. Honestly, this was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at and won’t recommend it to anyone.

You get what you pay for and the quality of the room was horrific! Where to begin- the front door to the room (that leads to the parking lot) has both lower corners exposed.. you can see out of the door! not to mention the dead bolt was nonexistent but there were remains of where one once was.. moving inside there were bandaids all over the smoke detectors, the bath had NO FULL SIZE BATH TOWELS! Had to use several hand towel size towels to dry off.. the outlets on the wall didn't work, neither did any of the "additional" lighting. the fridge/freezer in the room had mold growing inside it. Pay the extra $50-70 a night to stay at a secure hotel. 0/10 stars, would NEVER recommend...

When we arrived there were no blankets on bed, no hand soap, no shower/bath towels. The room was almost out of toilet paper. I had to go ask for these things and wait for them to find us supplies. Our secondary lock on top of door was mostly ripped out of wall and not in working condition. There was no housekeeping. A sign we found later said by request only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, which I found after I went to front desk to ask. We also had no washcloths so I had to go get them as well. We had no working TV for the first 2 days until they replaced the cable box.

First room they gave us was filthy and the smoke detector was going off, second room we were treated by a party of roaches on the furniture. Ended up canceling and found another hotel up the road. Staff was very friendly but couldn’t make up for the awful conditions.

The only complaint I would have is that there wasn't a coffee maker, no towel racks, and no bar in the closet to hang clothes. All the staff were kind and very helpful.

The rooms do not look like the pictures online, for one everything was dirty. Looks like no one’s cleaned the floors in a while. Bed sheets had stains and cigarette burnt holes. And to top it off the room smelled Like mildew!! I guess you get what you pay for. Booked two nights stayed for one due to being an emergency.
