Booked a double room with 2 double beds for 4 people. Plenty of space in the room, nice bathroom, and comfy beds. Only complaint was the cleanliness of the room. We checked in around 7 PM, far past the beginning of check-in, meaning plenty of time to complete the room cleans. Almost all surfaces had a film of spots from cleaning spray being sprayed but not wiped. Found a child's juice bottle (16 ounces, so not small and easy to miss) behind the bedside table. A lot of the wall surfaces and especially the creases of walls, baseboards, and mirrors need to be re-painted or re-caulked over the scratches, cracks, peels, etc. Overall, a decent stay for the one night we were in town.

The owner and staff are amazing and very helpful.
The only thing I would improve there is internet connection as it was weak and kept cutting out.

Great customer service but we signed up for a double room and didn’t receive it. When we finally got to a room there was roaches, stink bugs, mold on the ceiling, and the doors were in horrible condition (including the closet door being off the hinges entirely).
And the elevator had burn marks.

We’ve stayed here before and it was average, but this time cockroaches were found in room alive and well. Management put us in another room and same thing cockroaches.

Property was easy to navigate to and close to many amenities. Check-in was supereasy and staff was very friendly and informative! Very clean and comfortable as well. Thank you!

Overall the room was in need of repair. Toilet was not anchored to floor, shower curtain rod falling down, hvac unit made awful sound
