Keys Hotel

The staff at the Keys Hotel was wonderful. The hotel was clean and you could see the mountain from the front. There was a pool, a full service restaurant and the rooms were nice and clean. The hotel is gated and felt very safe. I was comfortable with my kids walking around, running back up to the room and exploring the property. I would never do that in America. Everyone there was family. safety is something I take very seriously and it greatly enhanced our stay to feel safe and comfortable at the property. There was an option to “upgrade” the hotel for an extra fee as part of our trip and stay somewhere else, but I glad we stayed at Keys. The manager and the staff knew us by name and went out of their way to make our stay great. They were there to meet all our needs. My kids were also thrilled to have the wood fired pizza after 8 days on the mountain. The day of our safari- the hotel even opened up the breakfast at 5:30 am instead of 7 just to accommodate our group. Thus would Never happen in America. could not imagine never people. Hotel amenities include included free breakfast and wifi, a pool, a full service restaurant, a pool table and lounge and a gift shop. Did I mention the Mountain View? Great little place. Family run and family friendly.

Great service,from the reception,to the rooms and every where else within the hotel. The waiters are polite and kind and very efficient and they served delicious food and the rooms are well spaced and clean.

Comfortable Stay with great food and lovely staff . The room was clean and beds comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly , one day I saw a member of staff eating a local food ‘ugali with some vegetables’ and I wanted to try …they basically served me the food and didn’t charge me a penny. Great place and would recommend to all.

Amazing stay at the Keys before and after Mt. Kilimanjaro hike, everyone made us feel like family. Hats off to Hans, Loveness, and Jackson who all went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and looked after ! Highly recommend this as a muststay! Staff from the kitchen to the front desk truly made this a memorable experience, helped with our Swahili and helped us to navigate Moshi with ease. This hotel is very good! Do not pass up this opportunity; it’s luxury comfortable and enjoyable, it’s in great location and easy to get the breakfast is 10/10. The stuff they are very friendly especially bar man Hans is polite and charming every time. I recommend for any one to come in this hotel

Me and my friends had such a amazing experience here. The staff were incredible, Hans bartender, Loveliness, Elizabeth and Charles looked after me and my friends so well . I have never met such warm and friendly staff in a hotel in my entire life . I would recommend to anyone to stay here, you will never be disappointed.

Very nice place to stay, it is cozy and the staff are super kind. The Manager, Mr. . Christofer is highly professional . Highly recommend and the service is higy . You can appreciated You can find all you need close to you and if not the staff will help you then.

Overall Good. Great restaurant Service & Bar ! We stayed at Keys Hotel before and after our Kilimanjaro Hike. It was a great experience. I can recommend Keys Hotel everyone who is visiting Moshi for Hiking, Safari, Holidays,… Especially Hans at the bar is absolutely great! Always friendly.
