I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The service was great and friendly, both at check-in and during my dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which were diverse and delicious. The gym was well-equipped and offered nice views of the pool. The location is convenient and in a newly developed area. I highly recommend this property!

Not bad view for this place. Quite near to the airport and their taxi are vw.

蠻不錯，Radission 品牌的酒店。本來定的是Radission Blu，後面因為Radiation Blu滿房，後面選擇這家Park Inn By Radission，還挺好，服務也不錯。

房間乾淨整潔無噪音，酒店管理上稱，服務人員親切熱情服務周到，進門安檢保障住客安全，餐廳寬敞明亮，全天營業，早餐尤其豐盛，院內免費停車

房間大，乾淨，性價比高，晚餐算豐富，都是商務客人，酒店出租車30美金，有游泳池，有浴缸，停留好地方兒。

룸 청소도 깔끔하지 않고 직원들도 별로네요

This is my 6th time to dine at Park Inn Hotel and for me the services have been wonderful. I basically engage each and every department when I come here and its good that I already know many people from different departments. I would like to give a specially shout out to the front office manager Nadege and her team made up of Grace, Ingabire , Carine and Ismael who always leave a smile on my face every time they provide a service. Another shout out at the restaurant side they have Super twins - Josiane and Joselyne working with another 'J'- Joyce plus Clement . Bosco and Prosper the Barrister at the ' evening bench'. The security at the gate- the 1st point of contact, just make Park Inn - Home Away from Home !!! I am super excited , I will come back , again and again to Park Inn Kigali !

i booked 2 rooms. Air conditioning wasn't working well so poor sleep. Sink was semi blocked, complained nothing was done.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here. We had phone issues and the staff went out of their way to get our phones charged for us. Kudos to Botis, Frank, Axel, Corine and Gatete. They were all so helpful and wonderful. Lionel at the desk in the afternoon was also a great help to us at check in and check out.

Nothing but problems with the bookings they cancelled our reservation they refunded part of our money and then took it away again nothing but a ???? show came back tired tonight and our keys wouldn’t work. They had checked us out. hopefully tonight things will get resolved

The rooms are nice, the place is well located but the food is bad and something got lost in my room. I ordered a chicken brurger which took 1h10 mins to be served and it was not real chicken it was processed and really not good although the price was pretty high. I forgot a 120W charger in my bedroom and a few hours after I left a friend called the reception which said it wasn't there, which is impossible cause I took the plain directly from the hotel and came home directly from airport.

Check in front desk person very rude. Go room tv doesn't work. Front desk Said will fix. Been 20 hours no one. Elevator door open start going in door smash into shoulder. Still hurts. Breakfast worst ever. Start omelet not fully cooked. Yogurt was runny like water. Awful. Try cereal can't mess that up. Milk sour and warm. Orange juice bitter. So basically for $15 had two pieces toast

The staff was friendly and helpful, even at 6:30 in the morning when we were picked up! The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was great. The room was comfortable as was the bed. We stayed there for 2 days before heading to Volcanoes National Park. We spent a third night when came from trekking to see the mountain gorillas. Highly recommend doing the trip this way!
