過來旅遊遇到了俄烏大戰 每次拉防空警報工作人員就會第一時間通知前往防空洞避難 挺貼心的

After looking at there website I was looking forward to staying here! Arrived just after 12 noon and was told after waiting at reception that my room was not ready, which is fair enough me being early. So went to the lobby bar for coffee only to be told that the machine was broken and I would have to go out side if I wanted coffee. Let say the person in question spent more time on the phone and smoking then making sure the area she was in charge of was clean and tidy! The bedroom was clean and tidy but in my view not finished off no paint on the ceiling and a phone light that you could read by! No soft close of the main door and you could here other people moving around the place. Breakfast was the main reason for choosing this place as the website states great food! O my god how wrong it was please see picture processed food only and this hotel is in the greatest food producting nation in the world. One up side tea on tap. In formed reception about the food nothing happened. On the up side a number of members of staff did go up and beyond mainly a lady who worked in the lobby bar name of Alexander and a guy who worked Thursday who was also very helpful. This hotel has great potential but it just seem to have lost its way!

The hotel facilitated my needs as I needed to stay in amber listed Ukrainian for 10 days to avoid paying the huge fees of staying as a “prisoner” in the UK COVID hotels. So the cost for 10 days was 80% less than flying direct to the UK !!! (This was in August) The staff were friendly the room was compact but suitable for a solo traveller, couple with large amounts of luggage would struggle. Location was close a shopping mall with an “ultra market”, ice rink and cinema complex all in the same area The nearest metro was about 10 min walk and there were a few shawarma kiosks dotted around and a McDonalds about 7 mins away if you wanted a quick snack All good

Smart home Clean and interesting design Was very comfortable and lovely personal Silent rooms,no one disturbed by music or loud conversations They cook very tasty fast food Clean ironing room with two desks Prices are not too high and for every type of cheap till expensive rooms

Не внимательны к бронированиям гостей. Двухместный с одной кроватью не хотели менять на двухместный с двумя кроватями как это было забронировано заранее, видите ли номера заняты. Хотя в отели половина номеров пустует. Считаю это оскорбительным по отношению к Организации национального уровня (впрочем как и к другим) игнорировать брони

Полное разочарование. Оплачивала проживание группы 13-14 июля 2021 года, по безналичному расчету. Оплачивала 5 двухместных номеров, для 9 человек и обязательно с раздельными кроватями. В счете к оплате мне выставили сумму за проживание 5 номеров и 10 !!!! завтраков для 9 человек. Во время поселения, на ресепшн не посчитали нужным проговорить гостям о том, что в стоимость номера есть оплаченный завтрак. На следующий день, когда я забирала группу из отеля - гости, как оказалось остались без завтрака. Когда я обратилась на ресепшн с вопросом "почему гости без завтрака когда он включен в стоимость номера?", персонал был очень удивлен, они не знали о том, что завтраки оплачены и пытались найти документы подтверждающие оплату. На протяжении 2-х недель мне рассказывали сказки о том, что конечно сумму за не приготовленные завтраки мне вернут, но нет, в итоге такое решение так и не приняли. Помимо этого, сначала двух девушек поселили в номер с одной двуспальной кроватью, на рецепшн отказывались переселить, пока не позвонила в отдел бронирования. В общем, разочарование полное, никому не рекомендую этот отель.
