Good location close to my work .
But very small room and small shower .
Thought should have plenty of space being in country side!

地點還可以，去midland safari方便。有免費泊車。但酒店沒有提供牙刷，洗頭水和沖涼液，比較失望。

We always have a good stay here, but there are some niggles that stop making it a great stay. This time we checked in ok & as there were only 2 towels in the room we were promised 2 more, but they didn't arrive, so another visit to reception was needed. Reception is very hit & miss, sometimes manned, other times not, & mostly more often Not. WiFi was iffy again, logged in 1 device, 2nd device wouldn't log in so a phone call to get another code, cost £2.50, as on a premium rate number. It's about time better WiFi was included in the cost. Shower Gel didn't work, couldn't complain is reception was unmanned, yet again. Luckily location & comfort is good so we will return, But it certainly could be better.

Stayed here for 3 nights ,the staff were very accommodating,very cheerful and couldn't do enough. Would visit again . Central to many of the attractions 10 mins to westmidland safari park and half hour to dudley zoo. Also national trust sites within a short distance .

Hotel is just what you would expect from a Travelodge, the staff are lovely and friendly. An issue with our room was resolved very quickly and professionally. The communication was fantastic. Would definitely stay again. Nancy was especially helpful and couldn’t apologise enough even though the issue was beyond anyone’s control.

Had a one night stay here over the weekend. Very convenient location and close to town. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had no issues

Excellent service from Irina , she was very helpful. I had a minor issue with connecting my phone to the hotel Wi-Fi but propmtly resolved the issue. I would highly recommended Travelodge Kidderminster , the parking is plentiful , the location is great and the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Travelodge Kidderminster is a fantastic place to stay, the staff are exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, the hotel is also well-kept, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. Travelodge Kidderminster offers great value for money and a hassle-free experience. Highly recommended! Would stay again
