It's a Monday in the middle of February. What could go wrong? Everything. Look the indidivual staff people are nice. But the concierge "desk' never answers the phone. They never made our dinner reservation. But worst of all, the "Ocean" view is in this dingy corner and you'd need the neck of a giraffe to see the water. They say they have no room to move me--even though I could roll a bowling ball down this place, it's so empty. Bottom line; they just don't want to make people happy.

We were super impressed with our stay! It was one of the most beautiful plaved we have stayed in a while, with superior service, great pools, good (expensive) food and just a great overall a**osphere.

Amazing getaway in luxurious surroundings! Everything you need is on property…we didn’t leave for our 48 hours there and enjoyed every minute of relaxation.

One of the bestt hotels ever. Offseason also gave a terrific value. Our room rate was close to $370. During golf season, would have been $1060.

The room was very nice. We stayed on the first floor which was convenient. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable time.

Treated like royalty! Met Chris first, so he is my favorite! The gentleman that cleaned my room folded my toothpaste...IMPRESSIVE. Room was spotless. Didn't expect an ocean view...LOVED IT. Everyone greated me. Felt very welcomed. Everyone gave 5-star service. Nothing to change.
