สภาพภายในห้องดูดีแต่ไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร มีเศษผมประปรายหลายจุด เข่น แก้วกาแฟตรงมินิบาร์, ในอ่างแช่ ฯ รางไฟบนหัวเตียงที่เป็นกระจกฝุ่นเยอะมาก ทางเราพัก 3 วัน 2 คืน ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เมื่อทำห้อง แต่สิ่งเหล่านี้เมื่อเทียบกับบริการของพนักงานร้านอาหาร กับที่ฟร้อน ถือว่าเล็กน้อย เพราะพวกเขาสุภาพและน่ารักมากๆๆๆๆค่ะ รักที่นี่ จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

疫情政策一放鬆就安排了全家人出遊，非常可惜這個酒店的服務和危機處理體驗非常差，先是幫我們安排了錯誤的房間，又讓我們為酒店自己的錯誤額外付錢，最後是攜程幫我們協調並承擔了損失。另外酒店基本90%是德國退休長者，對於任何孩子的聲音特別敏感，不建議帶娃家庭去。攜程客服一流，但是酒店自身客服非常差！

ห้องโอเค ได้มาตรฐานโรงแรม 5 ดาว เวลคัมดริ้งค์อร่อย แอร์เย็น เตียงนุ่ม ไม่สกปรก อาหารเช้า หลากหลาย นั่งกินที่ห้องอาหารริมหาด สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่อยู่หน้าหาด เบื่อสระว่ายน้ำ วิ่งลงทะเลได้ พระอาทิตย์ตก สวย

5/5 Our stay at the Ramada resort was wonderful from the lovely girls on reception who always had a smile for you and did everything to they could to help you Breakfast was lovely we had quite a few meals in the restaurant which was also Good The boys and girls the pool bar were great The resort itself was beautiful and pool was lovely very pretty and being a beach front location was amazing The Room we booked was an Oasis room which was lovely We did ask if there were any available rooms on the ground floor The next day we were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Jet Bath Room which was much appreciated as it was easier for me walking on the flat it again was lovely I can’t really find any faults with this lovely resort We Hope to be back with you next April Thank you once again to you and your staff for giving us a wonderful Holiday I would definitely recommend The Ramada to anyone .

We really enjoyed our stay in Ramada! Very beautiful territory, tasty food, cool room, nice swimming pool with floating pads (my favourite!). So many instagrammable spots on the beach! Happy hour in the swimming pool bar, very moderate prices in the restaurant…Kids club, table tennis, so many actitivities! And oh these Khao lak sunsets… Wanna go back so bad ❤️

An unforgettable Holiday to surprise my sister on her arrival at the Ramada resort! I received such great support from the management and all the staff to make the moment of arrival very special! I am still overwhelmed of the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff!! We were able to enjoy the whole holiday in a friendly, clean and spacious hotel, with a big pool and only a few steps away from the beach! Breakfast included a variety of asian, continental and english food! All in all a Hotel you would always want to come back to!!

Great place to stay in Khao Lak. Perfect location, close to everything you might need including restaurants, bars, the markets, tailors, etc. The Resort was perfect. Rooms were a good size and had all necessary amenities and very good air conditioning. We were on a Luxury Escapes package that included drinks and meals. You could not fault the meals; a great selection of Western and Thai dishes to choose from. We had the buffet dinners - 2 were excellent (the Thai buffet and the BBQ buffet); the Asian buffet had just commenced and was not as good as the other two. The staff were all great; the marketing manager (Katie) was lovely and always up for a chat about things to do (sorry I can't remember any other names, but everyone was outstanding with customer service. The Resort has a range of activities (e.g. Yoga; Petanque; water aerobics etc) and we also used the Kayaks. They have a nice gym as well. Breakfast had a range of Western and Asian dishes and had pleanty of variety for everyone. I have been to a number of Resorts in Khao Lak and Ramada would have to rate as one of the best. Highly recommended; great value.

Ramada Khao Lak is a fantastic place to stay right on the beach. The facilities are fantastic and the staff are so beautiful they cannot do enough for you. Everyday they remember your room number, the kind of drinks you like, where to sit and make you feel really welcomed and happy. The resort is close to markets and shops all easy walking
