The pool villa is fantastic. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location wise it's great, right on beach and short walk to a lot shops and restaurants.

服務無可挑剔，所有事情都是貼心的，由開車到達的那刻就能感受到，早餐非常不錯，其他餐飲也是經濟美味的，房間也是期望之內，酒店內還有親切的貓貓陪伴著，但有一事情真的要處理，房間有漏電的情況，很危險，淋浴時若然同時開hair dryer, 接觸到金屬如水龍頭，花灑頭就會觸電。。。。

สภาพภายในห้องดูดีแต่ไม่สะอาดเท่าที่ควร มีเศษผมประปรายหลายจุด เข่น แก้วกาแฟตรงมินิบาร์, ในอ่างแช่ ฯ รางไฟบนหัวเตียงที่เป็นกระจกฝุ่นเยอะมาก ทางเราพัก 3 วัน 2 คืน ไม่มีการเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวให้เมื่อทำห้อง แต่สิ่งเหล่านี้เมื่อเทียบกับบริการของพนักงานร้านอาหาร กับที่ฟร้อน ถือว่าเล็กน้อย เพราะพวกเขาสุภาพและน่ารักมากๆๆๆๆค่ะ รักที่นี่ จะแวะมาอีกนะคะ

疫情政策一放鬆就安排了全家人出遊，非常可惜這個酒店的服務和危機處理體驗非常差，先是幫我們安排了錯誤的房間，又讓我們為酒店自己的錯誤額外付錢，最後是攜程幫我們協調並承擔了損失。另外酒店基本90%是德國退休長者，對於任何孩子的聲音特別敏感，不建議帶娃家庭去。攜程客服一流，但是酒店自身客服非常差！

I have just completed an 8 day visit to the Ramada as part of a Luxury Escapes package. It became apparent early on that Luxury Escapes packages were an.important part of the clientele at the resort. The package included Breakfast, lunch and Dinner as I was a solo who had paid for two. Also.included in the package was an hour of free form.cocktails which were a lot of fun around the pool.bar. on the one occasion we had to move to the restaurant because of Monsoon rain that a**osphere disappeared. I preferred the ala carte menus over the buffets but that is really a personal.choice. Both styles of menu were extensive. The staff were extremely friendly and the resort maintained to a high standard. Bottled water was supplied and topped up.daily. If I had one criticism it was the lack of organised activity in the pool. Aquarobics was planned for one day only and mid afternoon. This could and should have been an activity daily in the mornjng. The pool is the crown.of the resort. Handy to.markets and shops I have already started making arrangements to return

Lovely small resort right on the beach front, with it's restaurant perfectly situated for the ocean views and breezes. The food was great, staff were lovely and helpful at all times. We spent 3 weeks in their standard sized room which was well laid out and very comfortable for a longer stay. Well equipped gym with AC and a nice outlook. This is a quiet resort, but it still offers lots of activities (including free options like water aerobics, cooking classes, flower arranging and yoga) and an on-site spa. The pool area has an abundance of recliners and never feels busy which was great, albeit with very warm water. We would recommend this resort highly and if ever returning to Khao Lake would happily stay again. As far as location is concerned, there are numerous restaurants, cafes, shops etc within an easy walk. You can easily stroll to the night market and muay thai boxing events in town also. Tour options and MV/scooter rental are all easily accessible within the hotel or just in the streets close by. Our recommended 'must do' adventure was hiring a car and spending the day exploring and swimming at Emerald Pool.... it was a huge highlight. Lots of locals, very few tourists and the most beautiful natural swimming pool you could imagine. Swimming with monkeys in the jungle around you, so beautiful.

Such a little gem of a hotel. We booked a luxury escape package and the hotel was a great choice. The staff are friendly and cannot do enough. The room which is the oasis room was bigger than a normal room, bright and very clean. The pool is big and nice and comfortable temperature. The hotel is on the beach which is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. We ate in hotel every night as it was included in our package. During the week they have three buffet style and the rest is ala carte. You can walk to markets, restaurants, bars and money exchange.We cannot fault the hotel. Loved it.

5/5 Our stay at the Ramada resort was wonderful from the lovely girls on reception who always had a smile for you and did everything to they could to help you Breakfast was lovely we had quite a few meals in the restaurant which was also Good The boys and girls the pool bar were great The resort itself was beautiful and pool was lovely very pretty and being a beach front location was amazing The Room we booked was an Oasis room which was lovely We did ask if there were any available rooms on the ground floor The next day we were given a free upgrade to a Deluxe Jet Bath Room which was much appreciated as it was easier for me walking on the flat it again was lovely I can’t really find any faults with this lovely resort We Hope to be back with you next April Thank you once again to you and your staff for giving us a wonderful Holiday I would definitely recommend The Ramada to anyone .
