Room doors need to be better sealed to keep bugs out and cold in and better pest control lots of bugs

Pulled in and and got room key. Manager said I could park truck and trailer right in front of office that’s a plus. First glance at room ok. Then really looked, sheets had stains, floors dirty, shower curtain mold growing. No coffee when asked for some told didn’t have any. Breakfast is a joke. I will not stay hear again.

Old mattresses and other furniture in the rear parking area. Room could have had the A/C on as to not feel so stuffy and warm. Part of the bedding had some stains on it.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. After that it's down hill. French fries found in the bed and on the floor. Kids in the next room over up making noise into the early morning hours.

It is, what it is. We all know what the cheapest hotel in a town will be - so, the one star reviews are exaggerating and the five stars are staff members :).
( ) Room was clean, shower was hot and had good water pressure. A/C is powerful. Good WiFi.
(-) Room’s TV did not work (I see other reviews mention the same) and staff refused to come address it. Room smelled like smoke. No fire alarm on the wall - it was conveniently stored in a dresser. Only two tiny bath towels and no shampoo/conditioner. Toilet lid constantly falls, so guys standing up are gonna make a mess. Lots of folks hanging out in the parking lot at night.

There were bugs in the room. 2 roaches, a horse fly, and a couple of mosquitoes. The room had mismatch old furniture and the room smelled. I pulled back the sheets to check the bed and thats when a couple of misquotes flew out. Just a horrible experience. We turned right around to leave but was not given a refund despite the nasty conditions. I understand that not every place will not be nice and I would not be leaving this review if a refund was given. I don't want anyone else to make this mistake. Totally unexceptable there was no refund given considering.

Our room was very dirty upon arrival. No wash cloths. No shampoo. Dead bugs like crickets on the floor. Counters had not been wiped clean. Dust on the coffee pot.

The place was comfortable and clean. You could tell they've been doing some remodeling. The staff was very friendly. No complaints.
