An oasis. Amazing stay. Staff was so friendly and Johnathon the manager went above and beyond. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the outdoor bathtub and shower and even enjoyed our last morning when it rained. This really added to a unique experience. If the room wasn’t enough to recommend this place, then I have to next talk about the incredible staff. Each person went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our stay was special and we were not lacking for anything. The breakfast that was included was fantastic and very filling as well. Walking down to the private beach and pier you can really enjoy the sunset and privacy. I believe that this resort is why we love Cambodia.

Friendly staff, good service, very comfortable room, very nice breakfast & a lovely environment. My family really enjoyed our night here.

When we first arrived we weren’t quite sure what to expect. The hotel is tucked away and doesn’t have a grand entrance. However, that made it all the more magical - a bit like stepping through a doorway into paradise! The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the grounds and gardens beautifully kept and our room was stunning - the novelty of an outside bath and shower area (obviously walled!) will live long in the memory. There’s a beautiful pier on the property from which you can look back at the hills behind the hotel or take in one of the stunning sunsets. The saltwater swimming pool was lovely and provided great relief from the heat of the sun! The breakfast selection was extensive - cooked fresh to order and served on the restaurant verandah under cover from the morning sun. We ate 3/4 nights at the hotel and the menu was fantastic - both Khmer and other regional and western cuisines. All cooked fresh, presented beautifully and tasted wonderful. Definitely one of the most favourite hotels I have ever stayed in during my life! Loved every moment!!!

We spent six nights at Samanea Beach Resort and had a wonderful time. Our Junior Suite was immaculate and spacious and the grounds were beautiful The resort is in a great location - right on the beach a short tuk tuk ride to the crab market, pier, and Kep National Park. There are complimentary bikes you can use to ride around the grounds, a private beach and pier, expansive pool, gorgeous restaurant with a variety of local and western dishes, lounge with books, sporting equipment and games plus a spa. There is no reason to leave the resort if you don't wish to. The hotel manager, Jonathan as are all the staff. We will definitely be back.

We stayed for two nights at Samanea Beach Resort and truly enjoyed our time. The most important highlight is definitely the staff — from the gardener to the receptionist, from the waiters to the housekeeping team, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always smiling. The design of the common facilities is very well thought out, especially the beautiful lounge and the fire pit by the seashore, surrounded by small cabanas and sunbeds — a perfect place to relax. The restaurant was also excellent, the rooms spotless, and the gardens beautifully maintained. Well done to Jonathan and his team for creating such a charming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay — it was a wonderful escape in Kep!
