Apparently there's been some massive water leak in the hotel because the hallways and the conference area were covered in enormous fans and dehumidifiers, blasting away at top volume, and the hotel smelled like a swamp. The room itself was fine, nothing to write home about. I stayed for a couple days and then my plans changed and I needed to stay an extra day. So I went to the front desk and asked them to extend my stay by a day. They said that because this was booked through *******, they couldn't do that. I clarified that they had rooms available. They did, and just said that I'd need to check out, then check in and book a new room. Just to be clear: they literally expected me to pack up the stuff in my room, carry it down the hall to the lobby, go through the check out process, then book a new reservation, presumably in the exact same room, then carry all my stuff back to my room. As a dude with back issues and chronic pain, that's absolutely ridiculous. That is a shocking lack of customer service. These people will burn in the fires of the afterlife for their insolence.

The front desk clerk was not very customer service oriented. Also she was not attentive to my request at check in.

We booked a local hotel for a date night, and couldn’t have been happier. The staff was friendly the lounge was quiet. And the tacos were delicious would definitely recommend.

Hotel was clean, didn't see staff much. There was a company party going on three doors away from us. Walls are paper thin. We could hear everything! We were not a part of this party & it would have been nice if they would have put us in a different location. I went to complain & the girl at the front desk told me to look at the board to see when it was over. It said 11 pm. I mentioned that they should not place people in those rooms if they know there is a load event taking place. She said she didn't check us in. After turning the TV up & the bathroom fan on we were finally able to mask the sound and go to sleep around 11:30 pm. Party still in full swing. Next morning was a Sunday. Sounds coming from that area again. This time is appeared to be Church. I am all for fun and church but, we were there due to a funeral & tired. Would have been nice to be put in a room nowhere near where they house venue events under the circumstances. Complained to three staff, because I "prepaid" it would be a hassle to offer credit. But, they said I could contact the GM if I like.--- Location was amazing. Easy to get in/out of & EVERYTHING is close by. The Mall, lots of different Restaurants, Costco, & pretty much anything you can imagine is all within a few minutes. We loved the location. My recommendation would be if they know they are having an event, they ask upon check in if you are part of the event. If you are not, put them in the front side of the hotel not next to the event.

Had to get someone to turn tv on. No way to call front desk. Had to get dressed after shower and walk up there. You have to go outside to get to front desk Furniture chipped No lights in back of property Room just ok

The price was very good. Rooms large and clean. However, no soap in bathroom, although housekeeping quickly brought us some when asked. Fan didn't work in the bathroom. The bar was closed that night.

Cleanliness as far as the hotel in general was excellent; as far as the room went, there were times when I had to ask someone several times before anyone would clean it.

The lady working the front desknwhen we check in was great, very personable, funny. Made the check in process quick and easy.
