The food was very good. Dinner had different menus for each day of the week. Breakfast had a variety of fresh food from sausages and bacon to waffles and yoghurt etc. Apple juice was amazing. In proximity of the hotel was a waterpark one outdoors and one indoors. Two seperate entrances. The only thing we didn't like was that you could only enter once per day in the indoor waterpark . Tip* First go to the outdoor pools because you can go in and out as many times as you like and then go to the indoor waterpark . The indoor and outdoor waterpark itself was great. The hotel also had lots of fun activities including bike rental which we didn't have time to try, inside and outside table tennis , trampoline, pool table, table soccer, a cinema and a nice room to relax. The rooms were excelent no sound coming from other rooms , a tv, a locker to keep valuable items, comfortable beds and a big bathroom . Our room had its own balcony . The parking was very close to the entrance which made it easy to carry luggages and bags. The staff was really kind and gave us all the needed information on our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our two children (7&9). Room as clean and spacious enough for three nights. Great breakfast and the kids loved everything they offered( billiard, cinema, table tennis, kids club) as well as the chance to visit the Cambo Mare and climbing facilities nearby.

A great hotel in the interesting Argovian city of Kempten. The price is excellent for the above standard service, cleanliness, comfort and activities and no price gouging attempts. Fantastic place for families and groups to stay and take advantage of the extra activities included in the price.

I took my three grandchildren ages 5, 9, and 11 for a two night stay. We asked for an early 1400 check-in so that we could be ready for free use of the neighboring waterpark starting at 1600 (just a walk across the parking lot) and it was granted. The room we got was marvelous with huge floor to ceiling windows all around it. It had two beds downstairs and two beds with a canopy upstairs. The water park was very nice with slides, an outdoor heated pool, a diving pool area, and a lazy river. We added the half-board to our hotel reservation and the evening buffet was better than expected. Nice fresh salads, breads, main dishes, desserts and drinks included. The chef in training from Hungry was very hospitable and he made sure the food was prepared and presented well. The lobby has an area where families can play table games and order drinks. There is also three small play areas for children within the hotel. During the day we went to the Schwartzen Lifte Eschach for snowboarding and sledding (13 minute drive from hotel). It is a great place for children and beginning boarders and skiers. Overall a fantastic weekend trip and the price just cannot be beat.

The room was fine. The facilities were fine. If the hotel is full, it can be hard for the kids to take advantage of the "fun" rooms as they will be nearly full with other kids. The kids absolutely loved the water park, of course. This was the big bonus for us. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly and helpful always. The breakfast was fantastic. Our two biggest disappointments, which were really quite big for us: I had checked several times that there was supposed to be a kind of kids program during our stay. This was definitely listed as a hotel that was to have organized childcare/fun activities for the kids. My husband and I booked this stay between our birthdays so that we could enjoy some time to ourselves while the kids were entertained. Unfortunately, at check in, I was told that this had actually not been organized. So, half of the reason that we booked this specific place was no longer valid, and then maybe we would have chosen somewhere different. Our second complaint was the dinner. We had reservations for the 19:00 timeslot. It was an absolute mess. It was complete chaos, full of people, and by 19:00 we basically felt like we were eating the leftovers. Our children had to eat quickly to get to the movie, and at the time we were trying to feed them, many of the dishes were gone. We never got to have soup, for example. It was a completely chaotic and unpleasant experience. Maybe if the meal was cheap or included wine it would have been okay, but at 72 euros for a family to eat ... wow ... it is really hard to swallow paying that much for that experience. I really felt like we should not have paid for that.

I like the fact that they allowed dogs and have green areas around. The beds are very comfortable and breakfast was decent. I didn’t like the fact that our room had a slow drain in the sink and there were pieces of pretzels bellow the beds which our dogs detected immediately,

Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel mit viel Potential. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Doch ich muss zwei Punkte abziehen da erstens in den Duschen der Schimmel an der Wand war und auch schon den Fliesen entlang geklettert ist. Und dann hatten wir noch eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung mit einer Mitarbeiterin die am Montag (27.05.24) Abend an der Bar arbeitete. Die Dame war offensichtlich sehr überfordert mit ihrer Arbeit. Ich musste erst 35 min mich anstellen und warten bis ich mir ein Getränk bestellen konnte. Dann nahm sie alles auf und kassierte ab aber gab mir nicht meine Getränke und wollte gleich den nächsten Gast bedienen. Ich musste sie darauf aufmerksam machen daß sie mich bitte erst einmal fertig bedienen soll. Dann hab ich ihr drei mal sagen müssen was sie mir an Getränken machen soll, da sie es immer wieder vergaß. Zudem gab sie mir eine Flasche Wein die ich auch bestellt hatte aber sie war ungeöffnet. Ein weiterer Gast hat mir dann schließlich den Flaschenöffner hinter den Dresen gesucht und ich habe sie mir selbst geöffnet. Und das aller schärfste war sie bereitete zwei Cocktails zu ohne Eiswürfel. Die Cocktails waren wirklich sehr warm und ungenießbar. Ich verlange also Eiswürfel und die Frau machte den Eiswürfel Behälter zu und sagte sehr unfreundlich sie könne keine herausgegeben da sie sonst ärger bekommt. Ich wollte mich beim Manager beschweren und ihren Namen wissen. Doch sie hielt ihr Namensschild zu und lachte mich nur aus. Und bediente einfach weiter. Zwei weitere Freunde sind dann ebenfalls zu der Dame und sagten wenn sie die Getränke nicht sofort mit Eiswürfel bestückt wird nix bezahlt. Darauf hin hat sie sehr genervt zwei Eiswürfel herausgegeben. Sehr unprofessionell und sowas haben wir tatsächlich noch nie erlebt. Denn so sollte ein Gast nicht behandelt werden.

Die Mitarbeiter sind stets höflich und hilfsbereit, leckeres Essen, sehr vielfältiges Freitzeitangebot im Hotel und näher Umgebung auch für Kinder. MDas war ein sehr erholsamer kurzer Urlaub. Meine Tochter wollte nicht nach Hause kehren. Hoffentlich werden wir eine Gelegenheit haben, das Jufa Hotel nochmal als Unterkunft zu buchen. Vielen Dank !
