Mr Crane Hotel

l came this hotel from Duisburg.Everything was amazing.l liked foods,fun,room.Everywhere is so clean in the hotel.Every personels so sincere and helpful.l read many comments about hotel.l think they reserve more.l suggest to everyone to come this hotel.Thank you for everyhing

Stayed two nights here, but it's difficult to imagine how they are a 4-star hotel. I don't even know where to begin but the most annoying part for us was the loud music coming from the "bar" of the hotel. Even though our doors and windows were shut, the music was so loud that we couldn't sleep. All the hotel could say was "the music continues till midnight and there's not anything we can do about that". If you are planning to have a relaxing night, just forget about it, you won't get it here. I have seen here some comments that give five stars to this hotel, praising its food! Our experience was not even mediocre, there are very few types of dishes, what is available tastes bad and they don't even have enough cutlery for 50 people. When we asked for knives, they said we needed to wait as they were washing the ones from the previous guests. It sounds like a joke but it is not. If you want to take a warm shower after 9pm, forget about that as well. They will run out of hot water by then and you will need to wait "a few hours" to get back hot water. And this is 2023! Last but not least, the mattresses in our room were so old, you could feel each spring in it and you needed to search for spots where they didn't disturb you in your sleeping position. It is difficult to believe other high-praising comments are genuine after our experience. Definitely not recommend, avoid at all costs.

This hotel is NOT a family friendly hotel. The music was very loud until 00.00 in the midnight. Many of the guests complain about it but the hotel didn't care. However they have not cleaned our rooms for 5 days and there was not even toilet paper in the room. Every time we complain about the staff was disrespectful which is my general perception of the staff. One of my worst ever experience of a hotel and I have travel a lot.

We went as a young couple for a 4-day vacation and stayed at the Mr. Crane hotel. It was a lovely atmosphere from the bottom with pleasant staff who are always only willing to help. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but it has exactly what you need, from food most of the day to free alcohol from morning until night. We are sure we will be back there soon

The staff is very rude, only the receptionist is good, the bar staff is very rude, the food is very bad, far from the beach, we stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks and I only had breakfast once. For this reason, I do not recommend it to anyone. I will never go again

Amazing hotel! Had a great 7 night stay here. Yes, it's not a luxury or a new hotel, more on a simplistic side, but the service for the price is fantastic. At the reception, they speak Russian very well, but there is a English-speaking personnel too. I can see how much effort they are putting into their work to make your stay comfortable. All problems were addressed immediately. Rooms are nice and very clean - towels were changed every day, trash taken out, bed made. The bed was very comfortable - the mattress and pillow are just perfect. Air conditioning and fridge worked very well. There is always an evening entertainment - a disco, live music, on Sundays they have a foam party - make sure to visit, it's fun! Pool is clean, there is a kids pool too. You can always find a free sunbed. There is a bus going to the beach, but it's not far if you decide to walk. Food - a few options, and you will most definitely have something to choose from. Location is good - it's on a silent street, but a few hundred meters from the city centre (shops, markets, entertainment) - everything is within the walking distance. If you are not picky, I can safely recommend this hotel for you!

I stayed in Mr Crane Hotel many times. After hard Covid period it was again my choice and will be again and again. First it is 3 stars-given hotel. When I honestly compare with its own category this hotel deserve more than 3 stars. Personnel was kind and helpful always. Room was cosy and pacious. Air conditioning, fridge was working properly. Food was delicious. Hotel is not located by the sea but 2 times in the morning and 1 in afternoon they pick up to gest to sea with their pink colored car. Pool parties and and foam parties was also what was fun and crazy. Prices really reasonable. By the way hotel has given opportunity for all inclusive staying. Many thanks for all. See you in September again. it is highly recommend.

İ stay there 10 days and just had 1 breakfast and 1 dinner 2 times drink in bar . İ be honest i dıdnt like anythink in this hotel and never recamend for sameone else .room food drinks and bar staff notthink was good .i stayed all inc but never had food

Недавно вернулись из отеля, пока впечатления свежие делюсь отзывом. В отеле есть как значительные плюсы, так и минусы. Море и пляж. +: море прямо любовь с первого взгляда. Пляж находится в бухте, вода кристально чистая даже на глубине, теплая, а самое главное - дно песчаное. Пешком до пляжа 15 минут, также ходит автобус от отеля, дорога занимает 2 минуты. -: если вам повезет, вы бесплатно займете диванчик (они платные, т.к отель арендует обычные шезлонги у ресторана, но бывает что отдыхающих много и персонал разрешает занять диваны), если не повезет будете отдыхать на шезлонгах под солнцем, стоят плотно друг к другу и не всегда в тени. Бар платный, очень дорогой. Номер. -: приехали в 9 утра, заселили ближе к 15:00. Сначала нас заселили в номер на цокольный этаж под бассейн и конечно это очень некомфортно, в нем сильно слышна музыка, нет балкона, только столик и стулья при входе, перед глазами ноги отдыхающих. +: на следующий день по настойчивой просьбе переселили в тихий номер на последнем этаже с балконом на соседнее здание, вполне комфортный, хоть и маленький, чистый, кондиционер новый, белье и полотенца чистые, уборка каждый день. Питание. +: много овощей и различных блюд из них, ничего испорченного не попадалось, только пару раз зелень была несвежая. На ужин гриль -: очень мало мясного, на обед одно блюдо, обычно курица, на ужин тоже одно, максимум 2. Один раз обед был вообще без мяса, только соевые тефтели. В целом голодом не сидели. Фрукты были, но арбуза или дыни нет. Бар. Алкоголь неплохой, хоть и местный, большой выбор. Брали пиво и иногда коктейли. Персонал очень доброжелательный, все стараются. Участливый администратор на ресепшене, всегда старался помочь. Анимация. -: Вот тут прямо ожидание и реальность не совпали вообще. Читая отзывы, все нахваливали аниматора Дарью. Мы первый день думали, что Дарья в отпуске и ее кто-то заменяет просто)) ощущение, что человек уже максимально устал от своей работы, и отдыхающие ее достали. Она собственно об этом и говорила в форме шутки на каком-то вечере, но такое не скроешь. Обычно даже аниматоры, которые русским толком не владеют подходят знакомиться, желают доброго утра, тут полный игнор. Вечерние программы очень тухлые. Никакого коннекта с гостями. +: Приезжие шоу хорошие, их за неделю было два плюс пенная вечеринка классная. Для детей почти ничего нет, плюс в отеле нет лифта и много ступеней. С детьми и тем, у кого проблемы с ногами будет тяжело. Если добавить в меню чуть больше мяса и сменить аниматора отель будет отличным. В целом по соотношению цена качество это хороший вариант, плюсов на мой взгляд больше. Отдых нам понравился, вполне возможно, что еще вернемся.
