在機場旁邊的酒店，比較新，乾淨整潔，也不會吵。性價比很高，是過路旅客的優選。早餐也是比較普通的簡單早餐。

近米德康提嫩特機場，有早餐，免費巴士也交通便捷。

Prior to leaving for her trip, I booked a hotel and inquired about the airport shuttle. I was instructed to call upon arrival at the airport, which I did. They told me the shuttle would arrive in approximately 5-10 minutes, so I proceeded to the designated location. After waiting for 25 minutes with no sign of the shuttle, I called the hotel again. They informed me that they would look into it, and 20 minutes later, the shuttle finally arrived with no apology or explanation for the delay. When I arrived at the hotel, I encountered the same lack of apology or concern regarding the 40-minute wait for the shuttle. Now checking in, I asked the lady if there were any two queens available because when I booked the hotel four months prior, there weren't any available. However, she informed me that what was on the site was what they had. I felt the staff were rude and not helpful at all, so my first experience within the first hour of dealing with the hotel was not positive. I would not stay here again

My Husband and I arrived Friday night Sept 15th. Upon arrival we saw Ashley smoking vape outside of the hotel. We didn't know if she was a customer or she worked there. She greeted us and asked if we were checking in. I knew then, she must be the front desk clerk. Although very pleasant, she didn't appear to know her job very well. I requested a first floor room and she said it wasn't available. I offered for hubs and I to take 2 beds instead of a king to have a first floor room. She still said it wasn't available. The day before someone else said there wasn't a problem. Ok, I can live with that. Then, I asked if I get bottled water since I was a Hilton Honors member. She said she didn't know and thought it was only for Diamond members. Not that this is a big deal, however, I always get water whenever I stay at a Hampton. I asked what was for breakfast the next day and she didn't know. On Saturday evening we came back to the hotel around 10:30 and she was smoking vape outside again talking to a customer. Personally, call me old fashioned, but I think it is unprofessional and if a customer came to the desk she may not have seen them. Yesterday there was biscuits and gravy for breakfast along with eggs .I am type 2 diabetic and choose not to eat that. I watch my carbs closely to avoid sugar spikes. A suggestion would have been helpful and healthful to have another option. I know there were eggs, however, in lieu of the biscuits and gravy or in addition to supplying sausage or bacon. That would help us diabetics not to get blood sugar spikes. Just a thought. Annabelle at the front desk in the morning was very professional and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and so was the room. So, is water free to Hilton Honor Silver patrons? I emailed the manager twice; however he never emailed me. Again, unprofessional. I won't be staying at this hotel again. Apparently, the manager doesn't care or respect his customers enough to answer them.

This was a solid hotel. Everything was decent, however there was a "musky" smell in the hotel. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Hot water worked, so everything was functional, and we have no complaints.

I visited Kansas for the first time as my daughter just moved there. The king suite was really large, very clean, and nice. The breakfast was much better than most free breakfasts, and the staff was excellent. The location was close to the airport, which was convenient. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

New, clean, nice, good amenities, right on I-75 and near lots of restaurants etc. Good people, good breakfast. It was a bit high in price, but we booked the day of arrival, so that probably was a reason.

Customer service from Cody at the front desk was horrible….4 families had asked the evening before for a late checkout due to softball game times. Brock happily took care of it, took our room numbers and entered them into the system, he explained we would have to be out no later than 12 which we graciously agreed to. The next morning we are working to get packed up and around 11:30, Cody from front desk called each of us and told us “to get off the property” He was very rude, and displayed horrible customer service. We all tried to explain that Brock had said we could checkout at noon instead of 11 due to softball game times but Cody said that it wasn’t in his system and to “get off the property” We enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn Airport but Cody at the front desk ruined our experience. He even said how he was the manager! No way should he ever be allowed to be a manager. It’s too bad Brock isn’t the manager, because Cody has 0 customer service and Brock was very respectful and accommodating, which if you want return customers and word of mouth advertising, you need a friendly, willing to work respectfully with the guests manager. I had words with Cody and told him that there may have been a miscommunication between Brock and his computer system, but that gave him no right to treat us with such utter disregard and to keep calling the rooms and saying “get off the property” My point was Cody’s lack of customer service. He needs to be spoken too and put on probation until he can do better.

This hotel had a clean, fresh environment. Gym was clean and well equipped. Equipment all actually worked! One of the front desk ladies when we first arrived was quite nice but the one front desk person when we left gave the impression we were a nusience
