A comfortable hotel in the centre of the city of Kathmandu very near Soaltee Hotel and the main road. The hotel staff was very friendly. Food was very good. Almost like home. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Regular cleaning makes the hotel sparkling clean. Recommended.

I am from Bandledesh , I have stayed for two month in hotel I found the best service and friendly environment food was awesome and I really found I Nepal for first time such awesome bangoli food that made me lai staying at home

Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant. Very friendly staff. Hotel is full of great art. It was just a charming place. The staff was the nicest staff I have encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well.Parasmani Regmi( the manager) was also so cooperative and helped me when needed.

One of the best hotel in Kathmandu which is located in center of hotel soalti crown plaza and Hyatt palace. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable,the hotel and their service was good ,breakfast each morning was really good,all staffs were so friendly and helpful.Everything was upto the mark👏highly recommend to all and I will definitely come back again next time👍5 stars rating for hotel Mahabir palace👏

Very good service and all staff very cooperative Madam Sadana juicy very nice tra**ent Your morning breakfast also very nice & healthy Gym & Spa also nice. ****** staff also good & cooperative. I will introduce to my friend to come at your hotel and enjoy your valuable time with your family.

Good service good room and everything is good and staff are very helpfull they arranged the taxi to go to airport aswell … Very fruitfull stay…. We will visit again in the hotel and bishwash helped me alot to get taxi also

Property ideally located adjacent to Soaltee. Some rooms have a good view of Swayambhu Nath stupa. Bathroom rooms not Senior Citizen friendly. Tiles on floor very slippery n had a massive fall. No handle in bath area or mat on bathroom floor. Air conditioners in rooms malfunction with poor cooling. Bathrooms have tainted glass sliding walls making noise n is a disturbance to sleep at night to partner in room when bathrooms light put on. Absence of supervision in restaurant had to wait for bowls to be refilled. Since patronised by group packages had to wait for table. Wi fi nonfunctional in rooms at extremes. Beds separate.

The hotel is strategically located in Kathmandu which is very proximate in businesses. The cost of staying is reasonable. What struck me the most is the genuine friendliness of staff who will go beyond to provide excellent service. This is truly reminiscent of Nepalese hospitality. Definitely a must-stay hotel whenever you visit Kathmandu.

Our stay at Mahabir Palace Hotel was delightful. Their services were commendable, and the rooms were spacious. The staff was helpful, and the amenities provided were excellent. We were warmly welcomed with welcome drinks upon our arrival at the hotel. Mr. Paras, the host, was exceptional in providing us with complete support wherever needed. Although we faced some issues with the driver's attitude and driving skills in Nepal, Mr. Paras was accommodating and responded positively to our feedback. I highly recommend Mahabir Palace Hotel for anyone planning to stay in Nepal or to directly contact Mr. Paras for assistance.
