I just completed a three night stay. Basically fine but: Needs to improve the approach to cleanliness. On checking in you are told that rooms will only be cleaned if explicitly requested in the morning. Reaching my room I found (i) the shelf in the wardrobe was covered in dust (ii) two empty shower gel sachets (presumably used by a previous guest) lying in the shower. I doubt the room had been very thoroughly cleaned between guests. On morning two I asked at reception for my room to be cleaned. The receptionist seemed most annoyed I should ask - "what *exactly* do you need?". On returning in the evening nothing had been done, with damp towels in the bathroom, and the supposedly complementary bottle of water provided in the room not replaced. The hotel bar exists, but does not seem to be opened regularly, and has limited stock. I had to ask for it to be specially opened at 8 pm on the evening of my arrival.

Wir waren am Wochenende auf der Dokumenta und sind in diesem Hotel abgestiegen. Wir haben vorab unser (Hand)-Gepäck deponiert. Die Dame am Empfang hat uns direkt darauf angesprochen, dass wir ihr aber mit dem Gepäck helfen müssten um dieses im Abstellraum unterzubringen. Auch am nächsten Tag war der Empfang nicht freundlicher. Wir mussten direkt beim Check in die Rechnung schon bezahlen. Die Bar war geschlossen und auf Rückfrage sagte man uns, dass man uns mit Getränken versorgen könnte aber nur noch für 30 Minuten. Kein Willkommen und auch keine gute Rückreise wurde uns gewünscht. Dies ist mir wirklich noch in keinem Hotel passiert. Das Frühstück war lieblos angerichtet. Keine Empfehlung für 209 Euro pro Nacht.

Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch sauber und freundliches Personal. W-Lan hat 2 Tage nicht funktioniert wurde aber dann repariert.

Hotellet er helt OK, og dejligt tæt på centrum og offentlige transportmidler, fx til Documenta udstillingerne.
Men savnede en elkedel og et par kopper, så vi kunne lave en kop kaffe sidst på dagen.
Prisen er steget 40 EUR pr. nat, og morgenmaden er ikke inkluderet - siden vi var der for 5 år siden. Hvis det skyldes corona nedlukningerne, håber vi prisen falder igen.
