酒店位於卡塞爾重要火車站旁邊，出行非常便利。酒店房間很寬敞，視野面向街道。由於有鐵軌，所以有輕微噪音，但是酒店附送了耳塞。照片是從酒店向外看去。

The hotel is in a great location. It's very convenient for train travel, just adjacent to the stations. It is also located within walking distance to lovely parks and tourist attractions. My room was clean and spacious.

We stayed two nights with our two kids in the tower suite with a great 360 degrees view over Kassel, we could even see the Hercules from our room. The kids immediately felt at home in this spacious room. The location of the hotel is very central and there is a parking garage under the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the free public transport tickets that we used to discover Kassel. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice and fresh food. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling to Kassel with your family.

Stayed here 2 nights in sa very nice room, wonderful lady on the reception,Heidi, we had a very long discussion about nothing and everything !! Priceless. The room i had was big, very close to Kassel W rail station, easy to navigate, up to the castle and Hercules fountain, down to city center. Big kiss to Heidi !!

We had just stayed at a fabulous Best Western in Wurtzburg, and thus this tired, ugly, desperately in need of renovation hotel in Kassel is a major disappoin**ent. Bare-bones service, dreadfully old bathroom, cheap fake wood floors and no carpeting of any kind (thankfully I had flip flops with me.) Barely adequate breakfast. No valet. No shampoo or conditioner If you come by car, you have to park at a public lot. The thing this hotel has going for it is location, next to the tram/train station. Best Western, please come in and renovate this place so that it can be a credit to your reputation.
