Our room was the very best and most beautiful one could wish. The personel is super kind without exaggerations. A truly wonderful experience! Having the swimming pool on our floor allowed us to swim every morning before breakfast. The food was carefully made and one can choose to follow a diet or eat "nomally".

Very friendly helpful Staff!! Clean, quiet, rooms. Amazing sauna and jacuzzi. Good selection for breakfast.

Beautiful room with everything in great shape. Bedroom itself had a good size and on top of it there was a proper foyer fit for a large apartment. Hotel's own spa is very small but enough for a refreshing quick morning swim. Unfortunately no air conditioning. Location of the hotel is great.

Ein toller Kurzurlaub in Karlsbad in einem wirklich traditionellen Hotel. Service und Gastfreundlichkeit Top. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Es gibt kaum was zu verbessern. Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt

Empiezo diciendo que no soy demasiado tiquismiquis pero por favor no vayáis a este hotel. Teníamos reserva para 2 noches con spa, cuando llegamos nos dicen que ese día el spa está cerrado, que lo sienten mucho pero ni solución ni nada. Nos aguantamos, es lo que hay, nos dan la llave de la habitación y cuando subimos la habitación no ha sido limpiada. Bajo a decirlo y al final nos dan otra. Teníamos media pensión, la cena era hasta las 19:30, bajamos a las 18:45 y ya no había nada para cenar. Teníamos una copa de bienvenida que fue imposible conseguir. Al día siguiente cambiamos la cena por comida y la carne estaba para matar a un hombre. Lo único bueno fue el desayuno y los tratamientos, no maravillosos pero aceptables porque la zona de spa es pésima. Solo tiene una piscina con agua tibia y un jacuzzi con agua templada, jacuzzi para 2-3 personas siendo un hotel de 5 plantas de habitaciones. La sauna hasta las 16h no abre. Cuando nos fuimos me preguntaron que qué tal, les di el ticket de la copa de bienvenida y les dije que no pude conseguirla, la respuesta fue que si quería tomármela ahora…y cuando me preguntan que qué tal todo y les digo que mal, me dicen que la próxima vez hable con el responsable. No habrá próxima vez, eso seguro, y ya hablé con la chica de recepción y tampoco hizo nada. Como Hotel regular como Spa pésimo

Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet og egen parkering. Det at rommet ikke har aircondition trekker ned totalopplevelsen. Kort vei til byens serverdigheter, anbefaler en fottur til Diana lookouttower på «toppen» av Karlovy.
