The Poor housekeeping practices can have severe implications, including increased hazard, and even fatalities. Hazards such as slips, trips, falls or accidents involving objects or equipment become much more likely in an environment lacking not proper housekeeping. Bathrooms Hair in the shower drain, dirty tiles, or unclean toilets, Bedsheet and blanket Stains, hairs, or odors on sheets, pillowcases, or towels can be off-putting. Carpets mat with stains, debris, floors can detract from the room's overall bad shape.

Very bad experience not good quality of cleaning services,very dirty linen very dirty,room badly floor stink chipped,call ***y time for shampoo no one picked phone at housekeeping, after pick the phone and told shampoo not available in hotel,so bad service.improvment staff behaviour and hotel amenities Exghhust fan not working,ac problem, seepage in room.need to more focus cleaning and maintaining..my experience is very bad and never suggest to came any one

The room I stayed in was filthy, with dirty whole linens bedsheet have blood spots and very unhygienic rooms, outside of room very noisy, housekeeping communication person not Professionally, even ask for shaving kit, not getting 40 mints after call 3 times then get received "The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly ***aged. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness"

I was bride at an event they organised, no hospitality, no hearing of issues once you pay them and they try to force you to vacate rooms as soon as possible. The large window in the room faced the compressors of air conditioners. If there was a zero, I would have given them a zero for their service. Another noticeable thing is the remarkable tricks they use to increase the number of plates used in your event. These are all firsthand experiences. It's worse than a 2 star hotel. The only plus point is the location of the hotel.

It is a very nice property. Really helpful in all sense.nice staff I stayed in one of their room and found that they have kept the room well maintained and cleaned with really fresh and soft linen. Their cleaning is really a class. I recommend this hotel for stay and would certainly be my friend circle for it.thank u dng grand hotel for my stay blessed

I visited Masala grill restaurant at Hotel DNG GRAND With my family, The food was excellent and so was the hospitality too good. Specially the staff , Ravi verma was very helpful and nice person.. helped recommend something for my dinner, truly yumm.

Yesterday i was visited masala grill restaurent at hotel DNG the Grand with my family,overall services are too good,specially the staff mr.ravi verma & hemraj are very professional and helpful. Food was very delicious.I really enjoy the atmosphere,look forward to plan my next party with buddies very soon.

I hosted my kid's first birthday party at DnG. The service was great. Every little request was accomodated very nicely. Decortions was as I desired. Anchor Shivam was great at his iob. He kept everyone engaged and we all enjoyed. Also the room was very neat and spacious. Looking forward for hosting more functions at DnG.

Overall good experience, food quality is super. Over and above receptionist Riya are very cooperative and helpful. Probably I have to stay 2 - 3 times per month from next month onwards. Really like the service overall specially of Riya..
