The Pristine Hotel

I'm staying in room 501 this is superior category and room is to good and designed well all amenities are placed are well. All staff are good mainly Mr. Gaurav Singh such a great welcoming and well in speaking I really love to stay here.

Stayed for 3 nights in April This was my 3rd stay at this hotel The hotel is clean , has modern decor and is a new property. The rooms are moderately spacious Air conditioning is good Bed cushion is medium soft WC and bathroom is cozy but clean and toiletries are good Hot kettle and mini fridge in the room Breakfast restaurant at 9th floor has nice top view Breakfast spread for all 3 days was good 2 North Indian main dishes + South Indian live counter + egg live counter The staff at bf restaurant is very attentive and hospitable Ms Moni at bf restaurant was very courteous and hospitable Ginger tea was very good Overall a very good experience One of the best place to stay in Kanpur Worth trying !!

Pathetic service, food took over 90 mins to reach room after 8-9 followup calls. There was some small event at the hotel so they claimed they were overwhelmed. Very disappointed as this was my first stay and there is potential in this hotel to be regularly used for business trips. Staff is clueless, food is poor. Overall, avoid like the plague

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is super clean and well located near Moti Jheel area of Kanpur. Miss Divya, Mr Rohan and Sagufta at the front deak were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was also delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is one of the finest properties in Kanpur. Always enjoy staying there. Rooms and service and food, everything is nice. I would recommend to stay in this hotel. Mr. Gaurav Singh was very helpful during our stay. And all other staff are very supportive.

Nice service especially Mr. Gaurav provided me with everything on time and at ease with smooth check-in experience. Also Mr. Shubham handeled everything fine and was constantly in touch if I needed something. Had a wonderfull experience.

Quality of food and service was excellent. Stay was very convenient for a family. Ashish Kumar took good care of us catering to our requests. The hotel was very clean and well ***aged overall with good english speaking staff. Overall we would rate our experience 10/10. Highly recommend it.
