The experience was pathetic, booking was done after multiple attempts (calls, email), dual single bed room was provided without informing, shop dispenser was not working, later shop dispenser was changed but was not installed properly so while using it fell and shop was spread all accross, in the morning found geyser was not working had to take shower in cold water, to my surprise the last thing happened is the body was dispenser was empty and had to take bath without soap. In all these struggle I had slipped in the washroom and hurt my head which bumped on the wall. The room hygiene was pathetic it was very sticky while walking barefoot in the room. Breakfast has hardly any varieties. I am very sure of not coming to this hotel anymore and writting this so that other guests visiting can take their own decision.

Pathetic in one word ! Pls avoid at any cost. I hv been staying in this Hotel since last 4/5 years. Each time the standard going down by margin. I prefer this just because of its location but now on will 100% avoid. 1. Gyser not working. Had to take shower with cold water in this winter. This is a not new but a standard offering of this Hotel. Almost all ppl complain but no response. 2. No soap & shower gel in Bathroom. Regular feature. 3. Breakfast super pathetic. I have told them several times in the past but they continue to serve the pathetic breakfast. 4. Rooms smell & floor sticky. Matress old & very uncomfortable. One can't sleep. 5. No bath mats/ floor towels given. My friend fell in the bathroom today b'se & hurt his head badly. Overall super pathetic experience. Pls avoid it any cost.

Horrible service. I would recommend not to stay. Apart from convenience to gs road. Nothing is good. Food is bad. So is people in hotel. They charged 6000/- for one night stay but service is pathetic horrible terrible. At same price u can find better place to stay

This was again a repeat stay in this property. I have actually lost count the number of times I have stayed here since 2011. What I like about this place is that it is very lively. The fish pool in the reception adds to the livelyness . The staff is very courtious . The room was small, but it had a window that allowed sunlight, and that made the room feel spacious. The room had the basic things like AC, TV, tea maker etc . The sleep was very comfortable . Breakfast and Dinner is where they need to improve. Their opportunity area is taste of food, portion served and fast service.

It is an average hotel which I guess at some point of time used to be grand. The rooms are unimpressive, sink broken, towel torn and they serve packaged juice as fresh juice in breakfast. Only saving grace is the location.
