The place was nice, and I myself have been there a few times already. The place was near the train station and its near the city too. The car parking area is big. The decor of the hotel was nice with the white and green color. Highly recommended.

Ver happy with our stay here even if it is a 1,5usd ride to get to riverside. Very clean and nice bed with double pillows. The pool was the highlight thow. Good food and cheap beers.

When we arrived, the room is ready which is good. But the in room aircond is broke down, a little bit smelly for the first room. We request for room change and the 2nd room still have faulty, the water heater is not working. Can you imagine you have go through the Songkran festival cold water splash on you and all you want is a hot bath when you back to the room but you can't? We did informed these issues to the reception but it seems like none of it can be fix on time... Yea so... but the location is near to Kampot Train Station which is quite easy for us to reach the train station. Other than that, just ok.

Complexe de 3 hôtels "Montagne". Boutique, résidence et regency. La piscine et le petit déj se passent au Montagne résidence. Chambre basique avec balcon. Propreté douteuse. Aucune insonorisation vous vivez avec vos voisins ! Petit dej buffet axé asiatique. Bon wifi. Staff sympa.

Great value for money. Rooms really large and spotless. Air con good. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Use of beautiful pool at Montagne residence was an added bonus. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was also available at this hotel and was served in a beautifully situated restaurant

I had a really nice stay here. The staff contacted me before I arrived and help arrange a free shuttle pick up from the bus stop. Kin picked me up and was helpful and polite. All the staff were friendly especially the bar staff. My room was clean and had a good range of English TV channels. The best part was the use of the different pools, great sun loungers and use of pool towels. I was also able to order room service. Hotel is within the pick up zone for day trips too. My only complaints were the shower was not hot and on my final night which was a Friday a group of visitors were very loud. I must have been the only guest on the second floor up until then as I heard no noise until the Friday, the people next door were having a party, screaming, shouting and banging doors till 03:00 in the morning. I couldn't sleep and it was disappointing. I didn't comfortable coming out of my room to head downstairs to complain. It would have been nice for the hotel staff to have asked them to keep the noise down. Other than that I had an enjoyable stay.

The worst hotel experience I’ve encountered. The staff were ******. A complaint was made from us regarding people shouting and screaming and slamming doors at 4am in the morning, I was told ‘it’s always you Brits that have a problem with this, I’ve never had an issue from anyone from my country’ once they looked back at CCTV they then said sorry and moved us to their other hotel Montagne Boutique due to the noise, which was a lot nicer. But when we had a leak from the bath at 10pm in the nicer hotel we asked someone to come and look, he checked it and said ‘it’s fine we will leave it until tomorrow’ the room was flooding at this point and it was dangerously slippery we couldn’t even use the bathroom! The pool at the residence was the only nice thing about this complex.
