I loveeee all about Nilai Spring. The room was superb and spacious, toilet clean and dry, very friendly and helpful staff ❤️

Room with superb view despite the low level, spacious, toilet is clean but water heater not working really well, took longer times to get warm i dont know why. Surrounding is so cold at night, love the birds sound in the morning. Pool was huge, have tile slides too, but not so clean, some parts of the pool have green moss, leaves and dirts. Dinner buffet were yummy, but breakfast, nasi lemak is so plain and spicy gravy. Overall, it was a nice stay, everything is still good.

Love the ambience, so calming, the pool is spacious too and kids really had a good time! Woild love to come again. We ordered food to dine in the room as well and its awesome!

Nice beautiful place to visit. Swimming pool was great. But the Bangladesh that supervise the pool was no manner. Other than that the staff at hotel were helpful.

Enjoyed a great place to stay with my families.kids friendly.need improvement regarding cafe because not much choice of foods and staff not to friendly.understand have training or Intern staff but can improving more on that and toilet also need to check or do servicing main piping.clogged and after shower the floor will flooding.need to do something to improve for water draining hole or have better solution on this.overall we happy to stay and come again.

A Pleasant Stay with Minor Hiccups I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I was very satisfied with the facilities. The check-in process did take a little longer than expected, likely because I arrived during peak hours when many travelers were checking in. Despite this minor inconvenience, the experience was quite positive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was fantastic, and my children absolutely loved it. Although we did not have breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant looked great from the outside and seemed very inviting. The lobby was another impressive aspect, being both spacious and beautiful. However, it could benefit from having more sofas or seating areas for visitors waiting to check in. This small improvement would greatly enhance the comfort of the guests. For Muslim travelers, the convenience of having Surau An-Nur Kasturi Heights right in front of the hotel entrance is a significant advantage. It makes attending prayers very easy and accessible. If you’re interested in shopping, MesaMall is a nearby shopping complex that you can visit. It's just a short distance from the hotel and offers a variety of stores and dining options. Additionally, if you want to try some local food, you can easily have it delivered to the lobby using food delivery apps like Shopee Food. This adds a great level of convenience, allowing you to enjoy local cuisine without leaving the comfort of the hotel. In conclusion, despite the slightly lengthy check-in process, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable, and I would recommend it for its excellent facilities, convenient location, and the added convenience of nearby amenities and food delivery options.

It was a pleasant stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest.The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.It was a great value for money.The room is spacious and clean.The pool and waterpark made the kids really enjoyed the stay. Very relaxing staycation for short getaway
