There as part of a group tour. Stayed in better 3 and 4star hotels on tour. Staff work in silos, 4 staff stood chattering in restaurant whilst others were working hard, remote robots. Smile would crack their face in reception. Room not serviced till 4pm each day, train running very close by so 6am wake up with the hooters going (having been woken up at 5 by prayers over the tannoy. )Others on my table had finished their meal by the time I got my meal having asked twice where it was. 1.5hrs for luggage to be delivered to the room. Mosquito repellent plug in had no socket in the room that it would fit into (when I eventually found it hidden in a cupboard. Consequently I am home and still have mosquito bites all over my legs. I would not recommend particularly if you are in the lagoon wing. It's miles from anywhere in the rest of the hotel.
