The room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was not a good experience because the hotel didn’t receive their order of plates and rather than running out to get some, the only option was small paper bowls. Also the very cheap, flimsy flatware makes the entire experience seem cheap!

Easy check in process. Downtown Kalispell on the capitol building is very close. Montana close across the parking lot!

Our room was quiet snd comfortable. The carpet was in need of a shampoo, but otherwise the room was clean and the beds iwere comfy. We stayed 4 nights and the breakfast was exactly the same every day. Would have been nice to have more variety
The motel lobby and tree were decorated nicely for the Christmas holiday and made things seem more “homey.” Enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Thank you so much!

Check in was easy, desk staff friendly and helpful. Facilities were quiet, comfortable, clean and up to date. Parking is convenient. The only issue we found was that the bed pillows were pretty thick and firm and caused a little neck discomfort. There were plenty of pillows on the bed to prop up on, but a few thinner pillows would have helped us sleep better. Great price on the room too! We would definitely stay again.

The breakfast is barely edible and has very little variety
It would be nice to have some muffins, donuts, and some more fruit options
The hallways needed to be vacuumed
But the price was very reasonable

Perfect for a short stop.Breakfast was typical motel fare. Room was older but clean. Staff was friendly.
