The property has a nice layout. The unit we had was 19-125. We found it to be dirty and not very well maintained. There were ants in the foyer as well as both bedrooms on the main floor. The sinks in the master bedroom smelled awful. We requested the ants to be sprayed but they didn’t enter the unit even though we told them they could. We also had requested 2 king or 2 queen beds but found one room to have 2 twin beds… not exactly what we wanted and there were 2 couple’s celebrating significant anniversaries. The tiles were cracking on all of the bathroom and kitchen counters. The washer and dryer were in good working order but very small. We ordered coffee several times but they did not bring enough each time we requested them. The pressure in the second shower was not enough. We also had requested an extra day but no one got back to us… we inquired but were denied. It was requested when we booked in August. The powder room floor has long dark hairs on it when we got there…

Very spacious and comfortable place. The only issue for us was that we got the last building. It’s a very far walk to parking especially if you are carrying stuff.

Stayed in spacious 2 bedroom condo with husband and two young adults. Everyone enjoyed condo and available amenities. Only downside is concierge not as responsive. Daughter tried to request use of pickle ball paddles. Calls and e-mail were not responded to. Other than that entire family enjoyed location as anchor to 6-day Big Island visit in January.

The 2 bedroom villa was perfect for our family of 5. There were 3 bathrooms and 2 showers, enough room to easily move about and the lanai was huge and awesome. I found the good easily outweighed the outdated facilities. Looked like our place was due for a rwmodel and hottib needed repainted

Great quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. The resort is located just 5 minutes from a little center where there is a grocery store, Long’s, and a few different restaurants. Just another 10 minutes north and there’s a really cute little town with a lot of little shops and places to eat. This is a perfect spot for families. We stayed in a two story unit with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen. An interesting layout with the bedrooms on the bottom floor and the living area upstairs. If you have someone using the couch bed upstairs and they have a heavy foot, you’ll hear everything.

Liked amenities and ground staff. Concierge wasn't the friendliest and was more interested in selling us membership.

The property is conveniently located near the dock for water activities. The services are excellent and facility has everything we need. It's spacious and clean. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place. Quiet. Great access to tennis and pickle ball and within 20 mins driving of a lot of things. The pools are a bit small. Properties are nicely climate controlled and easily fit 4 of us. Well stocked kitchens and nice grills are available. In unit laundry was very convenient. A couple of minor issues but overall a nice stay.
