The Land of Legends Kingdom Hotel - All-in Concept

My wife and I stayed with our 2 children in February. (5 and 1-year old) The weather was ideal for outdoor games. The Theme Park is so beautiful and big that it resembles Disneyland. Especially the rollercoaster is breathtaking. The kids had great fun too. Dolphin show recommended. The hotel rooms are very nice and attractive for children. After leaving the theme park, more play activities should be offered for children in the indoor areas of the hotel and the area for this is a bit small. We would like to be able to leave at least one of our children in the children's club under supervision for 1-2 hours. However, there is no such area. Breakfast and lunch are ideal. Dinner is better. However, in an all-inclusive hotel system, squeezed orange juice should not be charged extra. I am grateful to Bell boy Selim for his help. He made our stay very easy. On the day I was leaving the hotel, he connected our feeding machine to electricity and helped me prepare my little child's food. Therefore, he helped us spend our last day comfortably. 非常適合帶小朋友去玩，酒店一價全包，含主題公園的門票。酒店內隨時可以點奶昔，冰淇淋，茶和軟飲。有免費的PS遊戲機。住了三天，每日晚餐都有變化，餐飲部分還是很用心的。晚上睡覺的時候有點吵，房間隔音一般。但總體來講冬季性價比很高。

아이들 데리고 오면 좋은 곳, 하루 종일 식사, 간식 등이 제공되며 놀이동산,키즈클럽 프로그램도 알찹니다. 실내수영장, 사우나,하맘 시설이 좋은데 겨울에는 물이 28도로 수영장은 조금 춥습니다. 음식은 맛있는 편입니다.

wonderful holidays in a legend! Let's start with check-in - immediately and before the allotted time, which was very pleasant, since we arrived early in the morning with children. There is a lot of entertainment for children - they can keep you busy all day, and even a trip to Rixos to the beach and children's rooms, also with a bunch of gaming devices, completely dilutes the whole vacation! The food is very tasty, we often go to Turkey, we give the cuisine the highest score, no matter what you try, everything is delicious! The room is spacious with a full set of accessories! I want to thank Sergei, for guest relations, he’s just great, this is how everyone should work, with a smile, always friendly, helps with any questions! At the beginning, we came up 20 times to clarify one thing or another, explained everything, showed and told, and also helped organize birthday greetings and resolved issues after eviction, there were a couple of little things, but Sergei solved everything, although we treated no one else, nothing helped us, especially the Russian-speaking guy in glasses at the reception, well, a very unpleasant young man, you can’t put people like that! the vacation was great! Recommended hotel for a winter holiday, in principle 5 days is enough for adults, we were 7, for children and 7 days is not enough

Absolutely amazing the staff were excellent nothing was too much hassle. So friendly and will go out of their way to help you and children. A special mention to Senem, Ohram. I do feel that the hotel needs to include more for children under 3. The play area is very small and the park does not have many rides for children under 3.

Nice evening to see lights and also quite a few designers shop. The evening show was nice for kids under 12 but only lasted about 15 mins. There quite a few candy shops which was nice and not soo pricey . We went in December and the evening weather was nice and not too cold.

Don’t get me wrong this hotel is great for kids! They have entertainment all day and night and my daughter throughly enjoyed our holiday. The staff in the hotel were amazing and friendly and the service was fantastic! However, the downfall was the ‘all inclusive’ breakfast and dinner was good in the hotel. But there were zero snacks throughout the day and with a toddler you need snacks! The only thing available in the hotel were drinks. If you wanted an ice cream you had to go into the theme park and find the one hut that provided ice cream included with the all inclusive and this was a standard soft serve. This also wasn’t available all the time. If you wanted lunch this was in the water park and the food was standard at best and poor service. Now for the drinks.. only 4 huts in the whole theme/ water park were included with the all inclusive. So you settle in an area with your family and then have to constantly make up to 10 min trips to get a drink. There were huts everywhere and it would be nice if you could grab a drink where you are in the park even if the drinks are limited. The staff in the theme park weren’t friendly and acted like you were an inconvenience when ordering a drink. Due to this we did take frequent trips to the sister hotel and we WISHED we booked there instead. For only a couple hundred more you’ll experience a proper all inclusive hotel! And for the money you pay for Land of Legends Hotel £3000+ for 2 people you’d expect the same experience but unfortunately this was not the case. I would 100% book to go to another hotel and make trips to the theme park for the best all inclusive experience! I would suggest the hotel invest in snack bars even if this is just fruit or sandwiches and ice cream for the kids. Also for the all inclusive to be more accessible in the theme park and for the food in the lunch section to be better quality. For £3000 I did expect less ‘extra charges’ for simple items available in other cheaper all inclusive hotels for no extra cost.
