Renovation currently ongoing, a bit noisy with construction workers. Fresh paint smells in the lockers made it a little uncomfortable. Hotel needs to situate power and lights switches by the bedside to avoid having to walk across the room to switch of lights or plug in appliances. Installing showers in addition to tubs would make the bathing experience more exciting. The serviceman did not repair the toilet cistern as requested, and this caused discomfort throughout my stay.

Gerally a good facility but now needs a bigger auditorium for bigger groups. Very accessible location

The friendliness of staff, the ambience and the general outlook of the environs was captivating. The way the hotel blends with the surroundings is next to none. It was a very good experience for me. Keep up the good work.

Clean environment and well-kept environment. I wanted to do my routine exercises and took advantage of the large ground space. However, could be nice if there is a gym. The main road is too busy for early morning or evening run a gym will come in handy

The room was spotless and beautifully appointed, with every detail carefully considered to enhance the experience. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job, and the amenities were top-notch.

The service offered by your hotel is par excellent. This was compounded by the staff commitment which made my stay at the hotel a comfortable one. Refreshments serfed were so refreshing and this assisted us for the good of our workshop. The delivering of the modules or workshop material was made is as the projector was of good quality. However the only challenge or shortfall was on the unavailability of the aor condition in room 16 A, sometimes it was very hot in the room

The only challenge was that AC was not working during the day as the facility was being powered by solar due to power outrage.

The staff was not as joivial as before. When I asked for an iron it took a very long time to be delivered and I was charged $ for a small toothbrush and a very small toothpaste which i thought was complimentart

We were in the Mhara conference room. The chairs are not comfortable. The desks are like those for primary school children.

The service provided by the staff at the reception was disappointing; they appeared disengaged and struggled with communication, which made us feel unwelcome. Noise from the busy Bulawayo road and trains on the railway line hindered sleep, while overpriced alcoholic beverages drove guests to the nearby bar across the road. Limited TV channels offered little entertainment. Overall, the hotel felt more like a budget BnB than a reputable star-rated facility. There is significant room for improvement in service, quality, facilities, and ambience.

budget allowing, you can attend to modernizing inside of the rooms. the bed i used was old, old reading florescent lights, not very bright. plugs had no electricity for charging laptop till attended to. internet connectivity was inconsistent.

I stayed at Kadoma Hotel, once before years ago, and had a completely different experience. Clean room, functioning bathroom and better staff interaction. This time however, it was not worth the money I paid at all. The reception staff kept me waiting for a long time, not checking their accounts on the payment. Then when done, they allocated a room that at first seemed fine, although it had a bathtub and yet I had requested a shower. The bathtub was grimy, with cracks and the water pressure was low, with no cold water. I managed the first day, but after the second day, the water was hardly coming out. There are quite a few lodges that are better maintained and cheaper in Kadoma, there is little value for money at Kadoma hotel.
