Hotel Anil Farmhouse Gir Jungle Resort

Anil Farm House is located just 3 kms away from Gir Forest in the heart of Sassan Gir. It is a Eco friendly place with 330 varieties of ***gos, 4000 ***go trees including the Miyazaki — the ***go from Japan which is the most expensive in the world (as per the auction) The host who are so simple and sweet, took time out to take us around their 14 acre plantation, explaining how the plan to grow the farm and how they have maintained it thus far. Their water sprinkling methods, the pesticides used, the habitat that attracts insects for pollination and a lot of other factors that support the growth of their plants were all explained in detail. The rooms are spacious and clean, we had the one facing Hiran river which has 300 crocodiles and just a walk down from the property, we saw a number of crocs and also plenty of fishes. The food is vegetarian, delicious and a decent spread, they cook fresh veggies each day There is a swimming pool, children’s play area and ample of parking place The staff in that place are very humble and courteous and we would definitely be back again. Love the hospitality and the vibe ＜3

Great place for stay with beautiful location by riverside. Enjoyed every moment during our stay. The rooms are spacious and we'll maintained with beautiful view. Food is also fresh and delicious. A well maintained property with lots of fun activities. They also do research on a huge variety of ***goes including exotic rare varieties! The best part about this resort is the location. It has the Hiran River flowing in its backyard. I took the river facing room. The room was spacious and clean with hot water available 24/7 in Washroom. The hospitality was amazing. A huge thanx to Mr. Salim. I loved the food. It was delicious. They seem to take special care in the items they prepare for the guests. I loved everything about this resort. The property is big with ***go orchards. The cost also is reasonable. Just a few improvements they can try to make can be like adding small refrigerators in rooms and also improving the lighting in the room. The present lighting gives a gloomy and sad feeling. But keeping this aside I loved anil farms. I shall look forward to stay in this resort again 😊😊.
