It was great time and honesty the the service is great plus let's not talk about the 11 floor is great place to be after the long day and over stayed in de room then from that u get the best quality time, omg Camila is a great person I have ever meet, I have move alot of places in de world and I find her the best person to serve me in quality and professional ways.

My stay at Pyramid Hotel Juba was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Megan and Afanda at the reception. From the moment I checked in, they were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any request made my week-long stay even more enjoyable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or handling any inquiries with efficiency and a smile, Megan and Afanda went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests are truly commendable. I highly recommend Pyramid Hotel Juba, especially for the warm and exceptional service offered by Megan and Afanda.

Me and my fiancé first time tried this massage thing and I will definitely go back I've had a great experience staying here. The staff were very accommodating. I would like to commend Ms. Teresa Penara for a great professional service🙏🏼🤍🤞🏼

The rooms have ample space, great pillows, nice ambiance, great staff in particular Mr. Bashir Wani from the dinning, Ms. Afanda at the front desk and Ms. Mary from Housing keeping. Coperate rates are a bit on a higher side and the price of meals and beverages is also high.

Had solo dinner at their 10th floor restauranton 14 May 2024. Food was great and dessert perfect. Music entertainment..a bonus. Geri Simon and Bosco provided excellent waitor services. They were friendly. In sumnary, I had a great evenninh dinning out Margaret

It was nice being in this hotel and I enjoyed there food experience on Sunday brunch was the most enjoyable thing I ever had in life time the workers was nice people especially kadija yapeta with her beautiful smile she is so kind and lovely person
