Khách sạn thậm chí còn không đáp ứng được những yêu cầu an ninh cơ bản nhất. Trong phòng tôi ở còn có một cánh cửa khác. Hôm nhận phòng, tôi mở ra nhìn từ bên cạnh thì không mở được. nó cũng không thể khóa được. Không có ổ khóa nào cả... Tôi nghĩ có lẽ tôi có thể đẩy nó mở và đi ra ngoài. Nhưng đến ngày thứ ba tôi ở, đột nhiên có một cậu bé (cũng là khách) mở cửa... Lúc đó tôi đang ở trong phòng... Thật sự là quá phẫn nộ! ! ! Tôi là một cô gái ở một mình trong khách sạn và tôi thực sự sợ hãi khi điều này xảy ra! Tôi nhanh chóng gọi cho quầy lễ tân, nhưng quầy lễ tân thậm chí còn không xin lỗi. Họ đổ lỗi cho tôi vì không khóa cửa? Tôi thực sự không nói nên lời. Không có cái gì gọi là khóa trên cánh cửa đó cả, được chứ? ! Từ cơ sở an toàn-vệ sinh-môi trường-dịch vụ. Không có điều nào làm tôi hài lòng! Bên ngoài ồn ào đến nỗi tôi không thể ngủ ngon chút nào. Ngoài ra, thỉnh thoảng còn có tiếng máy khoan điện để trang trí. Hãy bảo vệ mình khỏi bị sét đánh nhé các thành viên trong gia đình.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I encountered some challenges during my stay. I found the noise levels from nearby rooms to be quite disruptive; which made it difficult to enjoy my time fully. I was staying at Room 306 and 305 was on renovation which disrupted my morning sleep. Additionally, I noticed that certain areas of my room could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. I believe that addressing these issues could significantly enhance the experience for future guests. Thank you for considering my feedback, and I hope to see improvements during my next visit. I have a video of the renovations which includes drilling and hammering going on. Overall it is average in cleanliness and service, but the location is convenient and a good spot around the area.

Cleanliness: 4/5. The room met the basic level of cleanliness. However I felt the bed sheets were quite old and overused and so was the toilet seat so I did not give a perfect 5. Location: 4/5. The location is in the vicinity of the JB Sentral and also very close to the famous tourist spot Jalan Tan Hook Nee. Walking distance to both (for myself personally). However, I would say that the walk from the station may be a little too far for some travellers so I did not give it 5/5. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly but I had very little interaction with them. Please remember that there is a deposit required, in cash, and the tourist tax of 10MYR per night. Amenities: 5/5. They provided drinking water, shampoo and shower gel, hand soap and toothbrushes with toothpaste.

Convenient near Custom and food eateries along Jalan Meldum. Room is bit tiny and amenities is soso for the price for 1 night. Glad we had a higher floor with a window too. Definitely will come back again in the future

The room was initially very dusty. And the receptionist was really rude to me. He asked me to pay RM100 just because there’s a powder stain on the bed sheet which can easily be cleaned. I said to him it’s washable plus it’s just a powder and I can clean it myself. He treated me rudely with his facial expression and bad service language. I went up the room and cleaned the stain myself in less than 3 mins. He never even apologise to me. Not a single sorry I received.

Unexpectedly clean but since it’s a 2 star hotel, do not expect too much but a decent normal hotel that provides a place to crash. Didn’t take photo of the hotel but it is a good 5 minutes walk to nearer eateries. Great location.

The guy at the front desk was not helpful when I arrived at the hotel. it was still okay. what was not okay to me is the bed. I couldnt sleep. because there were insects biting me even if I couldnt see it. I tried to iron the bed it didnt helped me, I just wear pants and a jacket so it would cover My body. I slept at 2am by the way because of it. The pillow and the towel is dirty lots of stains. Sorry but I'm def not gonna come back.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. Room: The bed was comfortable and clean, but there was an unpleasant smell that required me to spray some perfume. I noticed that the thing on top was almost falling, as shown in the attached picture, which felt like a potential hazard. Despite this, all the basic amenities were provided. Location: The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to City Square and Bazar Karat, which are just behind the hotel. However, there is ongoing construction nearby, making it quite noisy during the day.

No good . Do not recommend users to book this hotel because toilet is mouldy. Construction outside hotel very noisy!

Nice and clean, bed was comfortable but only thing is very small space. It’s enough for a short stay for 1-2ppl.

Room is not sound proof where conversation from another room can be heard loud and clear. And the door connecting to another room is not secured by a lock which leads to insecure feels.

Checked in late at night on festive season - room is not well tidied with dirt on floor. Toilet bowl is not clean + we has no mineral bottle.

A good place that near to CIQ and eatery The room is clean But outside is doing road repair works. Can be noisy. Sound proofing is bad.
