Các đánh giá R&F PRINCESS COVE at ANJU

Một kỳ nghỉ khá tốt đẹp và ấm cúng. Được cảnh báo là cầu nối từ CIQ đến Princess Cove chưa hoàn thiện, không có thang máy nên tôi và bạn tôi phải lê hành lý xuống rồi lên 3 bộ cầu thang bộ tại khu vực xây dựng. Nó rất mệt mỏi. Ngoài ra căn phòng còn có gián khi chúng tôi đến nhưng bạn tôi đã có thể bắt và giết chúng. Phòng tắm có cảm giác bẩn thỉu sau một vài ngày nên tôi đánh giá cao lựa chọn trả thêm tiền cho việc dọn dẹp. Tuy nhiên, vị trí rất tuyệt vời. Có một hồ bơi và phòng tập thể dục, mặc dù trung tâm mua sắm chưa hoàn thiện nhưng nó có Jaya Grocer, vì vậy tôi và bạn tôi có thể nấu ăn trong căn hộ, v.v. mặc dù tôi khuyên bạn nên rửa sạch mọi thứ trước khi sử dụng vì có một số vết bẩn trên dụng cụ. Các chuyến đi Grab có giá khá phải chăng so với những nơi khác như quán cà phê và có nhân viên bảo vệ. Vì vậy, tất cả trong tất cả khá xứng đáng với giá cả.

Phòng rất sạch sẽ nhưng sẽ có rất nhiều gián bò ra nên không thể để rác xung quanh được. Thông thường chúng tôi lấy phòng thông thường khác, phòng đó siêu sạch sẽ không có gián nên chúng tôi đã thử các phòng khác.

Check in process was a bit of a hassle. Had a hard time connecting to the admin staff who did not respond to my phone calls. Their instructions given very vague & had to spend almost half an hour wasting time searching for the lift lobby to access the apartment. Worst still, the stay was also disrupted by the leakage of the bedroom aircon unit … water dripping sound disturbed my rest throughout the night. Other than that, location was convenient as R&F Mall just downstairs & minutes away from CIQ.

Overall, the apartment was beautiful and clean. Though the service by the hosts left quite a bit to be desired.. 1) Ventilating Fans in toilet were not usable but they did offer to send in a technician to fix it, 2) water pressure of both showers were horrible, it felt like it was a tiny drizzle in the shower, 3) on our check out date, we didn’t have water at all so we couldn’t freshen up. Messaged the host and they said they’d check and get back to us but they didn’t get back to us at all.. had to test it for ourselves before knowing the water was back.. 4) messaged the hosts after check out to thank them for the experience and to provide feedback but no replies whatsoever😪

Convenient place, easy access to the parking and lobby. Deal with the agent directly very smoothly. A lot of variety food and etc.

Facilities is abit run down but is still well maintained. Netflix wasn’t working but they managed to help resolve the within minutes. Check in and out was a breeze with the help of the agents.

Recently stayed for two nights and it was simply fantastic. The value for the money was excellent,the location close to R&F mall and CIQ was convenient. The cleanliness of the property was well maintain the facilities was outstanding with a beautiful pool.the only thing I need to feedback the bed was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall I’m very impressed.

Dishonest room size. Its not 100m2 as claim, more like 45-50m2. Book with caution. Good thing they have washing machine, bad thing no dryer only outdoor hangers.you need to bring your own washing detergent or powder, but toiletries they do provide abundance. A lot of food around the vicinity. But not so easy to get a cab/grab out. Near CIQ so will jam

Location is good, near to places to eat. Free Netflix is a good add-on. Place is spacious and design is good. Just one of the aircon is not working or configuration don’t work.

Great service for a good short stay at jb definitely recommended

Hotel is conveniently located near the customs. There is a mall for shopping within the hotel and it’s easy to walk to downtown JB central. Good food around too. Will stay there next time.

2nd time staying at R&F homestay under ANJU. Although staying under different unit but still very good. ANJU management team were very helpful and patience.

Everything is good. We like the interiors of the unit. Just what we needed. Please was clean & the ANJU management staff was so convenient to deal with. Thank you for that pleasant stay.

It is just near the city center. There's a supermarket and other food stalls.
