Great visit room was very clean

Little outdated, asked for a extra pillow and was told there were no extra. Asked for a rollaway cot and again was told they don't carry them anymore. They maybe should disclose this instead of advertising it. Otherwise the room was clean.

Smoke alarm was hanging from wires in the ceiling. Bathrooms need grab ba r s since no treads in tub. Was a quiet place but needs some basic updates.

The hotel was just what I needed and was close to a historic home I had never visited, so on the spur of the moment i went there.

Very old and under kept. Exterior lighting all went off for the day at 545am. It was very dark and dangerous without lighting. HVAC stinks like mold/mildew. No screens in some windows. Apparently most rooms stink cause many windows were open. Skimpy continental breakfast with poor choices. I wouldn’t recommend.

The room was nice enough but the bathroom had a lot of water damage even, visible mold.

I have stayed at this Super 8 motel in Johnstown several times on my way down to visit my cousin in Connecticut. The room is always extremely clean and staff very friendly. I highly recommend it. Great value for money.

Would not stay at this hotel again given the outdated facilities and poor lighting.

Room and bathroom were spotless and very clean and it was very quiet. Beds were very comfortable had a great night sleep. Complimentary breakfast was decent.

Although there was a power outage not the hotel fault The staff was nice and the maid staff were focused on keeping rooms clean They did provide coffee and fresh juice and some breakfast to get you started in morning My room didn't have a refrigerator but I as able to get ice to keep my coolers cold to keep food fresh Room did have a microwave Good value 100 less than fancy holiday inn Accross street

Older property but in good condition. What I expected from a Super 8

Staff was polite, room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Wish there could have bee more breakfast offerings. Close to restaurants.

I don’t know where to start. I had booked online a room with 2 queen sized beds. My plane was delayed, so they wouldn't let my sister in law check in before me at 3:00. She had the credit card no I used and the confirmation no. So she went to dinner and came back and another clerk let her check in. What they gave us was a tiny cramped room right next to the noisy lobby with 1 double bed. The room was very dark. No closet, just a rack next to the bed. There was only one small desk lamp on the desk and that was it. No lamps on bedstands, not even an overhead light. No mirrors, except for bathroom. The bathroom was quite large, clean and bright. Only problem was the large mold spots on ceiling over shower. There was asmall window that led in very little light. Plus, the chain lock on the door was broken, leaving us feeling vulnerable. When we complained, they said that was the only room available. Unfortunately, we had a funeral the next day, so were stuck there since nothing else around was available. Imagine 2 women trying to get ready in the morning with no lights and no mirrors. Maybe other Super 8 motels are better, but I would never recommend this one.
